I paid $17 for two drinks, a large fry and a large onion ring and the fries were stiff as a board and cold and I think that they were probably an hour and a half to two hours old and the onion rings were oil soaked. it was horrible the worst experience ever I would never eat there again ever read more

The last 3 times I have been to Dairy Queen in Pendleton have been a disappointment. They have only given us part of our order and then get very rude about their mistake, the portions and quality are seriously lacking what they advertise them to be. Dairy Queen use to be good. First of all the service was horrible. I waited for someone to help me for ten minutes and there was only two people in the restaurant that had already been helped. Second of all I got my fried and they were soggy and cold and a very watered down milkshake. I will never return to this establishment again. read more

We've stopped three times now at this DQ just for ice cream and gave up waiting at the front of the line, inside, for any customer service. Kitchen Staff see people waiting in line and never bother to help out. Customers are angry and frustrated by the complete lack of any type of service. Three strikes you're out. This place is always a hit or miss. You never know if you're going to get fresh, great food, or if its going to be hard as a rock and burnt. I love their toast, cheese curds, and onion rings with gravy. I hate to say tho that more than half the time, the food is hard, all dark/burnt, the gravy is watery or too thick, and items missing. But when its good, its good! I love going there when the food is fresh and all correct! read more

The food here is usually pretty good. Sometimes the gravy is either extremely thick or watery. Also this blizzard we frequently order is always made wrong and I feel bad having to ask them to remake it but it gets frustrating having it made wrong all the time. read more

After the Underground tour, we were hot, & wanted ice cream. Since there were no parking spaces near the ice cream place near the tour, we drove over to DQ, found a spot in their lot, no problem. Their customer service was great, and the ice cream was tasty. Yum! read more

Disgusting!! I ordered a chicken strip basket and the gravy was almost water like!! So thin and the chicken strips were more like chicken "bites". I love Blizzards, however, the majority it the time all of the goodies ( chocolate, pecans, coconuts, etc) are in the top 1/3 - 1/2 of the container. The rest is plain vanilla ice cream. It's very disappointing. It must be possible to mix everything in and evenly distribute the "goodies" because once in a while I get one like that. read more

Living in Pendleton for 15 years now, I've tried this location several times and it seems to somehow get worse each time! The chain has good food, but apparently the owner and/or manager of this location don't care about quality, training their staff in basic food service, etc. Don't waist your time or money going to this location. read more
