Worst customer service experience I've ever had at any QSR. Ordered a slushie with Hunter and he made a mistake and charged us $3.99 for the slushie (actual price) and an additional $6.99 by mistake. He even acknowledged he had never made a Misty slushie and did it wrong. We asked him for a refund, to issue a gift card or to cancel the entire order and resubmit it with the correct amount. He told us he couldn't. I asked him to speak with his manager. Treyvon, the manager, came over and rudely told us there was nothing he could do. We asked if they could call their Manager and they said maybe and disappeared, ignored us and stopped talking and avoided us completely. We called the DQ 866 complaint number and the said they would forward the complaint to the manager (who no one could get in touch with). Before leaving, I asked Treyvon, you are saying that if I were to speak with your manager, you would tell him that you do not have an option to fix any mistake you make in the QSR system. That you don't know how to issue a refund, a gift card or cancel an order and resubmit if you make a mistake. He said, yes. We don't know how to do that. I really didn't know what to say at that point other than to leave with the worst and most incompetent food experience I have ever had. AVOID THIS DQ!! If going south on 95, try the one just 20 mins away. If coming north, avoid it. As much as we love blizzards and DQ, it wasn't worth 30 mins of our time. DQ and the management team and owner, you can do better. Please train your people!! read more

We should have checked reviews before stopping here and ordering. Pick another place. With so many other food places around, just make a better choice. Its gross. The service is bad, and the food is ehh. By DQ standards..its sub par. We have an amaziing one near home..and thats why we picked it. Just one example of bad experience: $7 meal deal comes with ice cream. They didnt make ours. Took other people's orders for icecream, forgot ours. Reminded them, got an attitude, they ran out of hot fudge..took 10 minutes to replace it..when we finally got sundaes, it only had TOPping in the middle..they skipped the top, and no spoons. Had to ask to get some. Oh well. Our bad. We did gas up while here, so that was a plus. Wont be back. read more

Worst experience ever been in drive-thru for 25 minutes and still don't have a damn thing f*** this place

I took my family into dairy queen this evening around 8pm. We stood at the register and wait for almost 15 minutes and still didnt get asked for our order. We were the only ones in there, plus the two employees that I seen. Poor customer service!! Horrible experience and I will never return back!!!! read more

Horrible service! I ordered 2 cupfections and it took so long for me to receive my order. The workers kept sneaking outside to smoke and talk. Also, one of the workers (the same one that was going outside) was on her phone the whole time I was there even while she was making drinks. This is a horrible place! it wasn't bad. pretty nice actually. we didn't have to wait for our blizzards but my moms blizzard is supposed to be chocolate ice-cream NOT vanilla. also i didn't like the fact that 3 people were standing at the window just staring at us.. very quietly.. while handing us 2 blizzards. but overall the experience was great! read more

This is the absolute worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. A couple years ago my experience was horrible. We waited in the drive thru for probably 30 minutes just for the woman working to drop the cone on the ground. So I gave it another shot today. I went inside, stood at counter for a good 10 minutes while the staff talk to each other about drama. No one ever spoke to me, tried to take me order, etc. I walked out. This is one of only two bad yelp reviews I've ever done. I don't understand how, after years, this restaurant has not improved at all. Terrible. read more

It is hard to receive a one-star rating, particularly when you serve ice cream. I waited behind three cars in the Drive-Thru for close to 15 minutes. Upon ordering I got a $6 meal deal which included a double burger, fries, and a drink. I upgraded the dessert to a new blizzard flavor. When I finally got my food the double burger was cold, the fries were soggy, the soft drink was flat. However, the blizzard was delicious. There are many food options at this exit. I strongly would recommend going to a different one for a meal. read more

Our family went here twice today. My son waited 20 minutes in the drive through line for the person to process the two cars ahead of him. The sever asked another team member who was standing in the back to make him a strawberry shake. She answered, "Don't tell me what to do." I wanted a few beverages for the road and after 10 minutes in the drive through behind another car who was also waiting, I finally ordered a smoothie and orange Julius. After another 10 minutes, I had moved up one car so I made a quick exit while I could. No one has time for this restaurant. Needs a new manager and a plan to create more teamwork. Please. read more

The ice cream was okay. As my husband says, it's hard to mess up ice cream. However my order was wrong (asked for chocolate and got vanilla), but the young lady at the register was more interested in talking loudly with co-workers than helping customers so I did not correct it. Most customers could not understand her. Restrooms were filthy -- do NOT use them -- but I blame that on the gas station management, not the DQ staff. (Restrooms are located in the gas station area) Would not go back. read more

We had to wait 10 minutes just to order our food. When we finally did the employee didn't know what she was doing. The ice cream was spoiled, the drink fountain was broken and spilled all over the dining room floor. There's were flies all over and landed on the food. When we finally got the food after a 20 minute wait, it was disgusting and inedible. When we called to complain they were aware that the ice cream machine had a problem and still served it anyway. They locked the doors at 9:50 (the door says they close at 10) and had a customer inside that was getting an ice cream. The customer yells out to us "THEYRE CLOSED" even though she was being helped. Annoying, we just wanted some ice cream and we've been driving for 14 hours. read more

The ice cream was excellent unfortunately I cannot say the same about the staff. If they aren't happy please move along and allow someone who really wants a job to work.
