However, I do not recommend because our fries were old and our chicken biscuits were hard. For a business that closes early, you would hope their food is continuous cooked fresh. We have never heard of Biscuitville. We were looking for a fast-food breakfast joint and came upon Biscuitville in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Decided to give it a try because it seemed and looked intriguing. So, the staff said hello and that was it. No smile, no longer greeting, like asking us how we were doing. It was very straightforward. We ordered the double bacon special with eggs and hash browns. And a strawberry muffin. The food is decent, well cooked and basic, nothing special. Same with the muffin. The restaurant was large enough to seat at least 30 to 40 people and was clean. The pricing was compute many other fast-food places. However, I would make it a priority to visit. Nothing stands out. Fresh biscuits every 15 minutes made in sight so it must be right. Service is friendly quick and patient as you try to decide what treasures of a delicacy you want. Ambiance is clean, straight forward, bold graphics with old wood charm and yellow co tray colors. Sausage is spicy but not in a bad way. Biscuits are fresh and able to handle whatever ingredients you wanna stack between them. Coffee is nice. I wish they would offer milk for the coffee but no worries just walk right next door and get you some milk. They offer international delights for coffee so milk is not an option. We make a habit of stopping here EVERYTIME we get close. I highly suggest it to biscuit lovers everywhere. Tried the strawberry and blueberry muffins and they are incredible. They do have ham, turkey sausage, pork sausage,. They do make their own biscuits right in front of you which is a plus. They're a little pricey for a biscuit place in my opinion. But that may be because they make their own biscuits. The service is always pretty good. The ambience is just a basic fast food looking interior. The few times a year we visit family in the Roanoke Rapids area we always plan for each day to start with Biscuitville. Regardless of the other family member's plans...we are steadfast Biscuitville fans. The exceptional customer service, and ever cheerful employees make you feel like treasured guests. The only other competition for the employees' phenomenal attitudes are the Biscuitville food and speed of service. Today was no exception. The food was hot, the order was exact and quickly served. We were fortunate to have the manager Patrick serve us up our order. What a wonderful start to the day having such a cheerful and smiling man peering out of the service window. If you don't smile as he hands your order through the window, there's something wrong. The accent adds to the "happy"! It's two weeks later and I am still talking about Biscuitville! I was passing through the Richmond area and actually chose this restaurant because it wasn't far off the interstate. It was a five star choice!! I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit which was huge and delicious. Someone was actually making the biscuits as we ordered. I did a quick trip to the restroom while waiting. It was exceptionally clean, which is a thumbs up too. By the time I got back to the front, they had called my name for pickup. I have loved Biscuitville for some years now, traveling up and down 85. And this location needed to be highlighted! Again, commuting up and down 85, sometimes I can catch the 2pm closing of these establishments and sometimes I cannot. Today I went to this location around 1:57p HOPINGGG I'd be greeted with a smile and some hot food. Lucky me, I got that and more. The staff was so inviting, so sweet, and so patient with me. Time went on, the store is technically closed - and I'm still receiving great service with multiple women of this locations staff.
