Monday, August 5th, 2026, 9:10PM - I ordered 2 fried apple pies, 2 strawberry'n cream pies, 13 cookies, 4 McChicken sandwiches and a cheeseburger through the McDonald's app. (I had custom ordered my sandwiches, and after leaving and making another stop, I had checked my order and saw that they were made incorrectly.) I returned to the McDonald's and alerted the staff at the Drive-thru window [speaker] of the mistake, and they asked me to pull around to the second window. At the window, I was greeted by a kind young lady who asked about the problem with my order. I told her that my pastries were correct, but that my sandwiches were made incorrectly and that I'd like to have them fixed/re-made. She went and spoke with a manager and then returned and said that the manager wanted me to hand them, through the drive-thru window, my entire order. I told her that it was only the three sandwiches that I had separated from the rest of the order, but she said the manager insisted that he still wanted the whole order. I complied, and the manager came back to tell me that my order was correct. I told him that it wasn't correct and then he started getting loud and telling me that I'm wrong and that my order was correct. He, O'Neal (the supposed manager in question (who wasn't wearing any name badge)), continued to argue back and forth with me, without checking the receipt to see that he was at fault, and instead continued to show his ignorance and lack of good customer service by continuing to argue. I mentioned how this was a mishandling of the situation; and that "taking my food, to check it next to their other prepared food," was a cross contamination violation according to the Arkansas Department of Health Food Safety, at which he got annoyed and handed me back the correct portion of my order. I then told him that due to all of his arguing, and unprofessionalism, that I'd like him to refund my entire order, and give me his name and the phone number to corporate! He have me his name, and said I should be able to find corporate info. somewhere on the receipt; and he said that he can't do a refund, as I can only request a refund through the app, since my purchase wasn't ordered in store (at which point he also gave me back the incorrect sandwiches, that hadn't been corrected) and snarkily said, "Now, have a blessed day." I tried contacting the number on the receipt by calling and leaving messages on 5 separate occasions, over the next two days, none of which were returned. At present, I have reported the mishandling of the food, and possible cross-contamination to the White County Health Unit, and cited 3 infractions: 1.) Contamination of the Prep Line; 2.) Failure to Prevent Cross-Contamination; 3.) Improper Handling of Returns. I suggest that people who care about their health and the quality of their food, to eat WITH CAUTION at the McDonald's located at 600 S Main St., Searcy, AR!!!

The dining area was very clean, the tables were wiped down, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. The staff members were friendly, polite, and very helpful. They greeted customers with a positive attitude and worked quickly to keep the line moving smoothly. My order was taken accurately, and the employee at the counter made sure everything was correct before handing it to me. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The fries were perfectly cooked and crispy, and my burger was put together neatly and exactly how I ordered it. It was clear that the kitchen staff cared about making sure the food quality was good. Another thing I appreciated was how fast the service was. Even though there were several customers, my order came out quickly without feeling rushed or sloppy. Everything was packaged neatly and ready to go. Overall, this was one of the best McDonald's visits I've had in a while. The combination of friendly service, clean environment, fast service, and fresh food made the experience really enjoyable. Another employee picks up the food that had been sitting on the counter all along and hands it to me with no apology. By this time, the food is all cold and soggy.
