I would give 0 stars if I could. Here is why: I arrived inside to order 3 blizzards. No one greeted me for 10 minutes. I had to holler for someone. The lady running the drive through said I'd have to wait. "It's been a day," she said. Ok but at least apologized for the delay. After another 5 minutes, she sent someone to me who had never run the register and couldn't take my order. So I said forget it and left. They had no customers inside and only 2 cars in the drive thru. They were clearly not busy but never apologized or explained the delay or acknowledged my presence even though they saw me. The tables and floor were so incredibly filthy. Our feet stuck to the floor with every step. There weren't many customers and the staff just stood around. No reason to not be cleaning while not busy. read more

This place was awful. Strawberry milkshake was as thin as milk. Was out of flavor I wanted but didn't have it noted on the board. All excited for it only to find out it wasn't available. Go the lemon lime slushie instead. The small amount of ice in it was gone within 2 miles. This place should be closed or put under new management, both at the store and district. read more

Steadfastly the worst Dairy Queen ever. I always avoided it but this day I was in a hurry and it has been months since I stopped by. I thought I'd give them a try and they did not disappoint. It was breakfast, I ordered two side orders of bacon, one side of sausage and an unsweet tea extra ice. I received the sausage, one order of bacon and a sweet tea no ice. The sausage was extra crispy and, the bacon was cold and only 2 pieces, order is 3. Bacon is one of the great food. Cold bacon, not so much. The one good thing about this DQ is they are always consistent, consistently bad. read more

This Dairy Queen was easily the largest waste of money I have had in awhile. I ordered a chicken tender basket with ranch. They not only gave me obviously expired ranch and a non-toasted or buttered piece of bread, but they also gave me cold and what seems to look like fake chicken. I am appalled by this Dairy Queen experience and would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. read more

My wife and daughter love their Chicken Strip with Gravy Basket. I prefer the Grillburger with Bacon and Cheese. Onion rings are always an upgrade to fries when you are in the mood. Also, a chocolate malt hits the spot. read more

WORST service ever. One person was in front of me in the drive thru.. I thought hmm what in the world is wrong? They sped off and when I got to the microphone I understood why. I had to ASK hello? Until about 2 minutes later someone said can you hold on a second? When he finally got back on to ask what I wanted(3 minutes later), I said my quick order, drove to the window to pay and was NOT greeted. This place is pathetic. Zero customer service. Incredibly poor management. No organization. And it's NOT clean. Ew. I stopped there tonight with my two kids. We had to wait TWENTY THREE MINUTES inside for a chicken strip basket, pretzel sticks, and two orders of ice cream. People who came in after us left before us because they take your order, then wander off to do whatever and forget who had what. There was only one guy cooking, which is the managements fault. How dare you understaff your restaurant like that and put so much pressure on them. Also! Train them better! Maybe teach them to give customers their receipts, and fill orders in the order that they were taken! But guys, poor management or not, I should not have had to wait that long, and watch others going before us who came in after. I shouldn't have had to ask twice for the damn ice cream cone that was the only item missing from my order which would have taken 30 seconds to fetch so I could get the hell out of there. And get just an "okay" as an acknowledgement and watch you walk away and ignore me. Then, get in our vehicle to leave and realize ...they didn't give us the dip for the pretzel sticks, and DIDNT PUT SALT ON MY SON'S PRETZEL STICKS! My family and I usually stay faithful to Graters but when in Simpsonville we've stopped by this location a few times because of convenience. Every single chance we've given it's been terrible. Blizzards are so sloppily made, it's ridiculous and THEN they slap a lid on top of it. Super unnecessary unless you ask. We made a comment about them giving us ice cream covered cups and the young girl said "I don't make them, I just hand them out". Obviously they don't care a bit about presentation. If the rolls were reversed I'm sure they'd be just as upset. Also, no one knows what ingredients come in blizzards. We were curious about their new "Anniversary Blizzard" and asked what came in the middle. The drive thru person said "I have no idea, it comes out tomorrow." Lack of communication, obviously. I feel terrible for these young kids that they're influencing for future endeavors. We will not be returning, I suggest whoever's reading this to stay away as well. I did see a form on the wall that said 97%. Must not have anything to do with service! Getting the simple orders correct is key. Having people in stations to expedite customer service is very important. Seems like a lot of people on staff and no one seemed to know their roles. Did not seem very busy either. Worked a 1.5 million dollars sales McDonalds as the store manager. Do understand something about service. Beautiful store! Great potential but the customer needs to be top priority. read more

I stopped for a medium ice cream cone with chocolate coating. When I got to the pay window I was handed a cone wrapped in 15 napkins because the either the clerk was not trained on how to dip or dip didn't harden. Your food is absolutely disgusting. I went to DQ today because every other drive thru was jam packed, except DQ. I ordered a combo and was charged $.65 for onion rings I didn't receive. Instead, I received fries that were undercooked and looked translucent almost. The chicken had so many chewy pieces in it that the whole meal was discarded. Probably the 2nd best in Simpsonville, Ky. It's okay at times, but services is always the slowest I've ever seen. Lately it has gotten a little bit better, I went 2 days ago and it was great, but service was still slow, and then today I went and the food was cold, and service was still slow, so I say it's a hit or miss, possibly due to all the new employee's they have, I even seen it's under new management. I do give him/her kudo's because a few months ago I woulda said only for ice cream, and now when I see the tall older gentleman there running the store I will eat there, If I see the older larger more porkly lady there I will not eat, I also seen how she treats the employees and I did not like that. She was slapping here hands together and jumping on one of the employee's cases for what IDK, but thats not how I was taught to communicate with employee's that need some coaching. I wanted to slap may hands at her and yell at her. So maybe right now it's just a training issue, I wish I new the guys name I thought about calling and talking to him cause his burger's and frys were perfect, just like when I was a kid. read more

This store doesn't even deserve half a star. The service is HORRIBLE. You will wait 15 minutes for something as simple as a soft drink. If you order more than that, check your order. Odds are, it will be wrong. If you get the one in one hundred that is right, it is sure to be undercooked. The fries we got today were all stuck together they were so under cooked. Don't waster your time or money going to this store. Drive the extra 10 miles to Shelbyville or Middletown. read more
