After shopping at the outlet, we came to this McD for late lunch, as it was so clearly visible from the parking lot, sitting high up on the hill. The store was very neat and clean, lots of artworks were all around the walls of the store. They had the soda dispenser and condominiums by the sitting area. We used the kiosk to put in our order. Our order was ready in few minutes. All items were served properly. The fries, nuggets, and McChicken all had good taste. Overall we all were happy with our meal. read more

Standard McDonald's set up. Kiosks to order or you can order at the counters. The dining area is modernized. Spacious. Not many people dine in. The staff is nice and friendly. The food came out in the reasonable time. Warm, no issue, all our orders are there. Bathroom needs some more attention. Other than that, pretty standard experience in McDonald's. read more

Not a bad McDonald's that we stopped into for a breakfast meal. I got two sausage biscuits and they were both really good fresh can't complain. What's cool is this place also has a cemetery located right on the property and it says ball cemetery. Cleaning my closet and had not eaten all day so I drive down to McDonald's to get a happy meal (counting calories) and a child size McFlurry. I changed my mind when I saw the new spicy chicken sandwich. I ordered an entree only spicy chicken w/ no pickles and attempted to get the small McFlurry but, as we know is all too normal, the machine was "down". I pay for my sandwich and leave. On the way home I swing through the Wendy's at the Pilot station and order the kid size chocolate Frosty. A deep voice on the other end says "come on down". Just as I begin to feel as if I'm playing the Price is Right the same deep voice hands me my freshly poured Frosty and says "get on out of here". I said do you not want me to pay and he said 'it's on me". My smile beamed back at him as if I had just won a new car! He must have sensed my frustration with McDonald's. Fast forward to when I get home I open the McD's spicy chicken sandwich and it it literally burnt buns with a piece of chicken between them. NO spicy sauce!! Overcharged on purpose, I asked if this girl if they have the 6 piece, and didn't answer me, I ordered 3 6 piece, I see the receipt and says 17 something, charges mi 4 and something for two extra pieces, I can't even see the whole menu just half of it, tables are just a mess when I walked in. Overcharged on purpose. This McDonald's doesn't have an option for a 6 piece nugget, even though it offered on the menu. I ordered a 6 piece happy meal priced $5.09. They charged me an additional $2.00 for 2 extra nuggets and said there was no 6 piece nuggets button for any thing. The option wasn't even available on the mobile app. But it is available at every other McDonald's. Why is this McDonald's pos not updated, as a 10 year technical professional and coder this is a easy fix. When I worked at McDonald's in the past there was always a button. Yes I know it's a McDonald's but it's probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I work at the Outlet Mall so I only go here when I don't bring my lunch and need something quick and cheap. The employees are mostly teenagers and they just generally unfriendly. If you order breakfast anytime after 10:30 they act like it's the most difficult thing in the world, even though they serve all day breakfast. And something is always forgotten or the order is wrong. Overall, it's fine. Just need to train their employees better. Or hire better people. read more

I love the ability to order on the touch screen panels. The dining area was clean, the restrooms were presentable, my order was accurate, but it took 8 minutes for order of one black coffee. The manager was complaining about having to work today (the Sunday before Memorial Day) I get it-- working on holiday weekends suck so much but he was kinda low key downgrading the other employees here. Being someone who has worked fast food before, that doesn't leave a good feeling. Overall this was not the worst McDonalds. They say they are fast food but I've always had to pull forward to wait no matter what I order. If you order breakfast after 10:30 you won't get it. They will send you to the twilight zone window and never give you your food. I waited 20 minutes one day and never got my food. Very, very slow service. Definitely not "fast" food. The lines at this location stay wrapped around the building. Common sense would tell you that if someone has a larger order, have them pull aside so everyone else doesn't stay stuck in the drive thru. Who knew fast food was rocket science?! read more

Came in about a month ago, had a very simple order: a quarter pounder value meal, plain, with a diet coke. First off, it takes nearly half an hour to get to the window at 10:00 at night. When I get there, the guy working the window (who, in all honesty, sounded like he was high) reads me the order of the guy who just left in front of me, hands me a regular coke instead of a diet, and, to top it all off, the burger wasn't right. At that point, I simply returned my order since I didn't have another half hour to wait for them to make it right. And then, as the icing on the cake, when i reported the extremely poor service to corporate, their customer service department reaches out to inform me that the manager at that location flat-out LIED to them about trying to get in touch with me, despite them having the correct phone number on file and my call logs proving nobody contacted me on the days they provided. In short, it's abundantly clear that they couldn't care less about customer service at this location. Do yourself a favor, and make the extra bit of drive to the one in Shelbyville. As it stands, AVOID this location AT ALL COSTS. read more
