This has recently become one of the top options of places that I will stop for a quick treat for my girls. The staff is friendly and they fix the treats quickly, even though the inside is still in need of a little TLC and could use a facelift. The last time we went, I actually went through the drive-through for the first time. Because of this, I did not allow traditional ice cream. Instead, we had in order of fries, two shakes, a moolatte, and a DQ sparkler. Have went here several times and enjoyed the non dairy ice cream bars. Went to get four but was convinced to get a box with six...figure what the hell. Get home and 2 days later open the box to find the ice cream had ice on the inside of the individual packets and pinkish ice cream on the inside of the bars when bitten into. I went to return them to be rudely greeted by the rude manager. He asked when did I buy the product? I stated it's on the receipt that I gave you. He then proceeded to look over the receipt and turned to me and said the total was $8.22 correct? I said the total is whatever is on the receipt and so he pointed to the actual price of the item on the receipt. I said no you're supposed to give me the full amount back. He then he stated that he could not hove me the taxes back because the taxes were already paid!!! Now, I must look like I have stupid written on my face because I have never heard anything so dumb in my whole entire life!!! I then corrected him and said that is not correct. You're supposed to give me the total amount refund that I paid for the item regardless of what happened with your own business taxes. He then asked if I paid cash or card and I told him card and he proceeded to say I can't refund you today. I said excuse me what did you say and then he changed his tune and said I'm gonna give you cash. I said that's fine as long as you give me my full refund. I will not be going back there to get ice cream or anything else because of the poor customer service, bad products and his rude attitude. Not worth the price at all. I rather have taken my money elsewhere. They made the burger so crappy, literally sprayed the mustard towards the side of the burger and it wasn't on there. There was so much mustard on my bun it was soggy and I had to wipe it off with napkins. read more

You know what to expect from a Dairy Queen, so this is not a food review. The owner / operator went out of his way to make us happy during my recent visit. Not only did he correct a mistaken order, but he brought my table ketchup for our fries. He also seemed genuinely happy we were paying customers of his establishment. I went November 9th, 2022 at around 8:00pm and two younger girls were there what seemed to be alone. It was cool at first cause I could tell their manager probably wasn't there and they were playing around and stuff but then it just got annoying, like she jumped out of the window while yelling at my husband in gibberish. It was unprofessional and just weird. We aren't sour people, at first we laughed with her but then it just got to too much and we were more confused and annoyed than anything. Then they forgot our drinks & when she was giving it to us the window hit her head and she yelled at my husband to not laugh at that when we weren't even laughing. Then she proceeded to say "okay now get out of my drive thru". Like okay.. definitely weirdo activity. Usually the service here is great, quick and seamless but these two girls need to get checked if they don't know how to behave without an authority figure. read more

Better than many other Dairy Queens I've been to. The banana split is a good deal, and loaded up a lot better than what other locations offer. The weight alone has to be double that of what other places make. I definitely will be back when I'm in the area. read more

I'd like to give them a higher score - but I purchased a burger and it looked NOTHING like the picture at the drive-through. I was smashed in the box (maybe they need to order taller boxes) and my fries were burnt. Gawd I was hungry that day, and I took about 3 bites but could not go on. The meat was supposed to be grilled, but it was more like fried medium - where were the grill marks? Why cooked so light? YUCK!
