This was my first try at Smalls, Wednesday at lunch time. I got the jalapeño bacon burger and it's pretty dang good. We walked right up to the window to a smiling young lady that was pleasant and took our order quickly. The burgers are a "smash" style burger with decent flavor but waaaayyyy better than Krystal's gut bombs! You do have to sit outside which was decent but the car wash is loud AF next door and be prepared they have 90's R&B playing on the speakers which I like but tailored to the area for sure. I would have probably given them 5 stars but I didn't get to taste the sauce. It should be like Zaxbys and you get atleast one sauce and have to pay for additional sauces. So I hadn't been to this area where Smalls is located in quite a while. But the bright orange building caught my attention as I drove by. I looked them up - juicy looking burger. I stopped by on my way home. The menu is small. But the options are cool. I don't alway eat a whole meal so I end up throwing away a lot. But the kids meal is just right for me. The burger is juicy! OMG its the perfect amount of juiciness I've been looking for in a burger. It doesn't need a lot for the great taste. A double burger...Wow. Then there are the waffle fries. They aren't like other waffle fries. They have a tasty seasoned coating that takes them to another level. I haven't tried the sauces yet because the meal is absolutely perfect as is. I've rode past Smalls Sliders so many times and hadn't had the time to stop by. There were people sitting outside eating, which was promising. However, I went through the drive-thru. There weren't any cars ahead, so our order was taken immediately. We ordered a ton of food, and received an extra fry somehow. No complaints! The sliders are so filling even though it's smaller than a traditional burger. The smauce is fire as well! I 100% enjoyed my meal and would come back when I'm craving a burger. read more

A decent alternative to the White Castle and Krystal franchise never thought i would see the day. Came across Smalls in passing while driving in Stockbridge Ga. Business seems to be made from a shipping container with a drive thru and outside seating great concept and execution. Food was great burgers didn't taste processed or frozen which is a plus. Seasoned waffle fries to add.my only gripe was there wasnt much options for sandwiches no chicken,veggie/impossible,or turkey options besides beef burgers. Nice size sliders honestly and fulfilling per order. Staff was prompt and courteous order process was simple. Walk up place order have a seat. Wait for name of order to be called someone brings out your order. If you decide to sit or go. Good size sliders you won't need to eat a bag full to be fulfilled. Although they were good enough to. Meat to bun ratio was appropriate I would love to see them expand the menu in the future I could see the family enjoying a meal with a quick pick up from smalls. Another time. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this location! It is very sad to say, but the best thing about this visit was the sauce. It took forever for me to get my food because although there were 10-12 people working inside the restaurant, they were so busy, laughing and joking with one another rather than getting orders out that there was a long line of cars. It took me 20 minutes to get two mini burgers and a cold order of fries. The restaurant itself has a very cute vibe with the outdoor seating, but it is no place that I will ever go again. We had to stop after a soccer game because we do not live close by and wanted to see what the hype was about. The drive thru line was nuts! We decided to grab one of the few parking spots and order at the window. I loved how the menu was small so it was easy to decide what everyone wanted. The drinks: We had an unsweet tea and a coke. Great. Nothing special The food: Everyone loved the sliders especially with the pickles and sauce on them. The grilled cheese was alright too. I wish I could have gotten the regular sliders without the meat, but I was told the option was the slider or the grilled cheese. I did ask for a side of pickles and sauce and was only charged for the sauce which was good. The fries remind me as if Checkers and CFA had a baby. Location is a small building next to a car wash and has outside patio for enjoying the outdoors. The patio has large fans and a radio, so it's loud and noisy. With the car wash making the most noise. Small dedicated menu makes it easier to order. Quality is fresh, not much as far as toppings go, this sticks to the tradition meat, cheese, bun burger scene featuring pickles and "sauce". The "Sauce" is a tangy, mayo, paprika like fry sauce you find in the Midwest. Pretty good "sauce". I'd say, if you're wanting flavor get some to dip your burgers in. The waffle fries are actually the winner here for me. 10x better than CFA waffle fries. They're seasoned and have this browned exterior. Perfectly salted and crispy. Dipping in the "sauce" is a must and it takes it over the cow. Sadly, the location is in Stockbridge which is far from Atlanta and driving here took 45minutes. Was it worth it...it's good but I don't think I'd drive out of my way to get it again with so many burger options in Atlanta, but if they come to Atlanta, I'd make room just for these waffle fries. read more

Visited the first Georgia location and I enjoyed it so much! I went for the grand opening and I was impressed by the ease of ordering and drive thru management. I ordered at the walk up window and sat under the covered area of the container. The outdoor seating was a vibe and the playlist was hittin! I can't wait to go back! So I've been here three times and I really love it! My favorite thing to order is the 3 sliders combo with a "Smauce". that sauce is so yummy to dip the waffle fries in. You're really gonna need more than one to be honest just like the sliders don't try to order just one you're gonna be mad at yourself. The queso is good but unnecessary to me. I'm sorry the lemonade was terrible. (Hence no pictures I couldn't stomach them) they tasted like they had come straight from the cow and cooked the burger smelt raw. I tried the new Smalls sliders location in Stockbridge, someone told me it was similar to Krystal's! LIES!! This is fast food ease with restaurant quality mini burgers. They have a secret sauce and it was good! I ordered from the drive thru and someone took my order before i got to the screen. She told me they had grilled cheese which i was glad she did because i didn't see it on the menu after. But she didn't tell me about adding bacon, so I just added it to my order when i got to the window. It's a cute concept and i enjoyed it. The sliders were delicious! The patty that they used are more so a mini smashed burger so there's no comparison to Krystal's or White Castle. It was pretty busy but i got my food in a timely fashion. If you're a fan of Chicfila's shakes, then bring your expectations down a bit. It was ok at best and not thick at all. The sliders were good, not great, but far from terrible. I had the double meat and bacon on all sliders and it taste similar to the ones on the chilis menus. The food came out in about 10 minutes when ordered from the window and it had a nice little area to dine outside which is great when the weather is right. Customer service is nonexistent here. I ordered in the second drive-thru lane, but there is no signage explaining that the lanes merge or that the second lane isn't actually serviced. I ended up waiting about 7 minutes with no acknowledgment while multiple cars behind me in the first lane were helped and got their food. No one came out, no one communicated anything, I was completely ignored. When I finally moved into the first lane, the employee already had my order ready but showed no urgency, no apology, and had a dismissive attitude when I asked about it. I was just told "it merges," which would've been helpful if it was clearly communicated anywhere. The setup is confusing, and the lack of basic customer service makes it worse. A "day off from work" Girls day out , landed us at Smalls in Stockbridge. Staff was very nice and as lunch time approached the drive thru started hopping. So We decided to do a walk up to meet the staff and explore the menu. Drive thru and walk up are there only order option, similar to Checkers. I give a minus one star, only because that is not really my mode for eating especially on a girls day out. I must say these mini burgers were a pleasant surprise as well as the crispy seasoned waffle fries. The burgers were juicy and flavorful. The fries arrived hot and crispy. It was nice to feel the crispy char on the burgers and crunch of the pickle. If you're in the area stop by and give them a try. I would definitely recommend it. read more

I brought a member from our construction crew to try it out and simply asked the kid taking our order if he could ask the cook to cut it in half. He refused to even ask saying they don't do that here and then proceeded to rush me through my order. Food was good as usual and I was only trying to help bring customers in. Was considering using this establishment to feed our construction crew of 25+ people but that likely will not happen now. The menu is straight food and simple - no fifty million options here! The service is pretty quick, so don't be discouraged if you see a long line.
