This reminds me of White Castle's cousin. It's finger food with burgers, chicken sandwiches and mini dogs. The fries are crispy, and they have tater tots. The tater tots are a favorite and they run out too quickly. Get your fries or tater tots fully loaded to add to the experience (chili, cheese). And, they have the "junkyard" version of fries/tots which is loaded to the max! The staff here were superrrr helpful and courteous with the big order placed. They only have one person working at lunch time. The owners don't care as long as they are making a profit. The drive through is slow as hell. Why do we keep doing this to urban communities? I work in Alpharetta and I frequently go to the Krystal's up there and it's totally different. Good and hot food in a quick manner and good service. Why do we do this to ourselves. It's not just Krystal's but most companies in Clayton and Henry Counties ( Stockbridge) are the same. They are thugged out and no one seems to care. read more

I thought this was a fast food restaurant. We've been in line for over 10 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us that's crazy. By the time I got to the window it was 20 minutes. I could have sat down at the restaurant across the street and got my food quicker. I asked for light ice that didn't happen it was full Nice political answer, maybe your employees can learn from the Chick-fil-a way of running a business because it hasn't improved like yosince my last visit so I won't be coming back Well I broke down and came back to get this. If I could put -0 I definitely would have !! My order was mad simple Two classic pups and 1 chili cheese pup why I pay for it to be waiting 15 mins for three small hotdogs! I asked for a receipt multiple times only to be ignored still left without one he comes to the window asks me what I ordered again takes 10 more mins and comes back the coldest most shriveled hotdogs bread is drenched in water and cold and my biggest complaint IS WE PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW THE EMPLOYEE GETTIN READY TO KEAVE IS SMOKING A BLACK AND MILD IN THE STORE!!!! Came to get 2 3 egg breakfasts and a large drink. Waited at the pick up window for 15 mins. Finally got my good, no forks, napkins and over cooked brown eggs. I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that he would only refund 1. He literally only gave me my money back on one order after I told him I didn't want any food from his disgustingly dirty store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I already feel sick to my stomach. After having to wait at least 15 minutes in line for the #1 combo, I received hot fries but cold grey looking burger patties on all four burgers. The buns were soggy on one end yet slightly warm and I didn't realize the meat situation until I took a bite. If I get sick tonight my check number on my ticket is 50135 drive thru. This is literally the worst Krystal's I ever been to. I live about 2 minutes away from here so I keep trying to give them more chances because I like Krystal's. 6:00am is their displayed opening time. I've came 2 mornings around 6:15 am and they weren't even open. This morning (7:51am) they're not serving all breakfast items because "their truck hasn't come in". That's just the breakfast. During lunch and dinner hours the food is always warm never hot and every corn pup I've ever ordered was hard as rock. Now I just go to the Krystal's on exit 233 to save myself the trouble. Sn: the customer service isn't bad it's the food. The employees are nice people that make terrible food I guess. read more

Up til right now, I have SO far sat in this drive through 17 minutes. No one was manning either of the TWO NEW speakers, so I've pulled up to window one-also un-manned! Looks like people are having to order and pay at the last window. Finally got to that window at 10:07 I guess Finally got my food in just a few minutes. The cashier was very nice (male) and apologetic. Food seemed good, but they were "out of Dr Pepper" so he offered Coke. The Coke turned out to be Diet! Yuk! read more

Bad customer service. Went for breakfast. I had to say hello first. Her response was go ahead with your order. I asked for a 3 egg plate (time is 7:19am). She said we're not serving that right now. I said ok, what are serving? She said sausage biscuit. I said ok. Then I drove to the Krystal's in Morrow. Again, I said hello a male said hold on. I waited, and then he said go ahead. I asked for the 3 egg plate, he said ok drive around. I get to the window, the guy that came to the window with a dirty Atlanta Falcons hoodie on, looking at me. I then had to ask for my total. REALLY?? I asked for the manager's name. He and the guy in the back (I take it the cook) didn't know the manager's. What in the world. I tried calling Krystal's a few times, but no answer. I just want it to be known. The customer in Stockbridge and Morrow (ATL031) suck!! I'm going to make a Facebook live about the crappy service. My advice is PLEASE DO NOT GO TO EITHER STORE! Have been stopping here several times a week for the last 10 years. Last 4-5 years the level of service has definitely taken a turn for the worse where a lot of times I pass them by for Chik-fil-a down the street if they have more than just a few cars waiting. Since the new reopening, this location installed the "double drive thru ordering. When I went yesterday.. I pulled up to the outter speaker. The inner speaker had one person at the speaker & one person waiting behind them. When I pulled up to the putter speaker I waited 10 mins before anyone came on the speaker to take my order. Then once my order was placed I proceeded to wait an additional 20 mins with one car at the window & me behind them. My fries was cold by the time I got my food. I'm trying to eat a little lighter and I did have a regular beef hamburger patty the first time, but then I tried turkey the second time and both of them were amazing. I also tried the lemon crinkly cut fries and another variety of fries. They can be a tiny bit salty so just beware but otherwise very tasty especially if you get tired of just basic fries. The onion rings were a little overcooked. Parking is super easy and there's plenty of it and they do take cash as well. And also just be aware there's no seating inside. We were seated immediately, and our server took good care of us. But I had to wonder about a restaurant where the beer & cocktails menu is physically larger than the food-offerings portion. I thought maybe the burgers are just that good. That maybe the small menu meant they were doing those things in an especially solid way. The price tags also made me think that. But in the end, my recurring thought was, "I just paid $14 for a burger that I can get down the street for a fraction of the cost." I mean, this is Atlanta. I've had really good burgers from a number of places that boast the whole grass-fed-farm-fresh-gourmet-construction thing. Those burgers cost less, and you can taste the difference. Here at Burger Theory, I kept thinking I should be able to get the same burger at Wendy's. Which is probably what I'll do next time.
