the food is always okay. the nice young man who took my card through the window had visible orange grease stains on his hands. when handed my card back it had grease marks on it. if the person handling cash and cards at the window doesn't wash their hands i can't imagine the sanitary issues the kitchen has. read more

Took my daughter to this DQ today. She under two so we still cut up hotdogs and such for her. When I took the hotdog out notice mold on the bread. Informed the staff who replaced the hotdog for my daughter. Staff were friendly however the restroom were in awful sight to the eyes with flys zooming back and forth. This place is a joke. Literally the worst Dairy Queen I've been to. I was here 3-4 weeks ago and thought the 30 minute wait was a one time thing, but tried it again today to wait 35 minutes. Went at around 1pm for food in restaurant bunch of kids working. We waited 25 minutes and had to ask for our food. Never gave us fries for our meals and my burgers were ice cold. When I asked for a manager they sent some young kid up that stood and stared at me. I asked for a number to call and he walked away. When I asked for the fries we didn't get they told me someone said we got them so we couldn't get them. I rarely order food from Dairy Queen but I regularly purchase blizzards. In the last year or so, their blizzard have declined. I consistently request extra toppings and rarely get what I paid for. On top of lacking toppings they aren't mixing the blizzard. Tonight my blizzard had all the toppings at the top, the bottom half was just straight vanilla ice cream. Confetti cake blizzard What! This is a newly built Dairy Queen. Who doesn't like a little ice cream on a hot day. I noticed the Confetti cake blizzard on the menu. I asked the guy behind the menu board. He highly recommended it and added that I should add a chocolate dip to the waffle cone. One of the worst experiences ever. My brother and I went through the drive thru--he ordered an Oreo CheeseQuake blizzard and I decided on a cotton candy blizzard. The guy who took our order responded to the Oreo blizzard with "I'll see what I can do." Well I would hate to see the outcome if he actually did try. He gave my brother some melted strawberry shit with a bunch of random candy all clumped together. My blizzard did not taste like cotton candy at all and it was the consistency of water. Absolutely disgusting--this place died when it moved locations. Never going back again. The staff does not care and are all snooty, rude younger kids who don't know what customer service is. If you're wanting ice cream you'd be better off driving like 20 mins to Dairy Haven or Bobbys frozen custard. At least there you don't get served a $5 cup of slop. read more

This place had 2 other tables with customers sitting and eating at them besides myself. I waited for at least 15 minutes awaiting for my food. They weren't anywhere near busy enough for it to take that long. I noticed someone after I had sat down to wait for my food to come getting theirs brought out while I had already been there waiting. Finally I went up to the counter to see what was going on. The young girl looked totally bewildered as to why I was upset. After a short discussion with the smartass shift supervisor, they finally got my food to me with the dipping sauce spilled all over in the paper tray. I am totally appalled at the lack of good customer service skills and just plain common sense these people have! When you order a burger plain, you don't expect it to be drowning in ketchup mustard and pickles when you get home. Well, if you go to this place, expect your order to be wrong every time. Every single time. Do not expect to be treated nicely when you return with the messed up order and ask for it to be corrected. I learned the hard way. In fact, they didn't even give me the correct burger when I returned the messed up one! Then when I tried to explain the order is still wrong, the window was slammed in my face and the punk walked away and ignored me. So rude!!!!!!
