I bought food for my family for the first and last time here. The burger patties were unrecognizable for burgers. They were thinner than a pancake, so crispy & well done they had big pieces broken off in the burger. The taste was so salty it was not able to be eaten. I could not even wash it down with water so I could keep eating it despite the fact I was very hungry at dinner time as this was my only meal of the day. The fries were somehow soggy in the middle and too well done on the edge. The sodas we got only tasted like carbonated water and had no flavor like it should have. Eating out is a rare treat for us so I was disappointed that we could not eat out food and enjoy it. Instead, we threw out the burgers, barely ate but a few fries, and tossed the soda, then made sanwiches at home for our dinner! read more

What a top tier burger! My expectations for this place was pretty low but they totally exceeded them. Stopped in here while visiting for work and the staff was extremely friendly and nice. Too tier service. They were helpful with the menu and took their time with me while I ordered. I ordered the Bacon Deluxe Single and chicken tenders. The burger was waaaayyy better than I expected. 5 guys top tier level. The bacon is phenomenal. They totally outdid themselves with this one. Juicy grilled taste, thick cut bacon, nice bun and all for less than $11 bucks. The fries are "OK", the chicken tenders could hit the trash. I'm not even sure if it was chicken but the BURGER and service made up for it all. I also ordered a brownie mixed with ice cream but the brownie is also trash. Speaking again on the service, they walk around and pick up your tray, bring your food to you, even refill your drink. TOP NOTCH SERVICE wins everytime for me. The food is good as long as you don't mind not getting what you paid for. Separate orders have been things from leaving the bacon off a bacon cheeseburger after paying the up charge to just simply leaving out half of the food for a 4 person order. After several times of the order being wrong, we will not be going again. read more

As far as true fast food goes, I would put Culver's as the best burger in town. I know it might not be everyone's style burger but it's definitely my favorite quick burger. I would even go as far as far as saying that I would rather get Culver's than go drop $25 on a combo at Five guys or Hi-point. read more

Man, it's Culver's so you know what you're gonna get. And Culver's is never fast. But, this location is consistently, painfully slow. Whatever you do, don't order through the drive thru unless you have a full tank of gas and a killer playlist because you are going to be there a long time. The food was good and the store was clean. The employees were very friendly. However, there was one employee who was obviously going above and beyond in his service. The male who was taking food to the tables tonight (and out to the cars in the drive-thru) went out of his way to greet people at their tables and as they passed in the store/parking lot. Someone promote this guy. He obviously cares about guests and being a genuinely friendly human being. I don't know what his name was, but thank you to him. I came to Culver's with this ongoing pandemic and they were extremely busy, just like every fast food restaurant! But I only go to Culver's one time a year and it's for the SALTED CARMEL PUMPKIN CONCRETE!!!! The texture of their custard is very creamy, flavorful, and super delicious. The service was drive thru and it's just like any other fast food restaurant. Service is not top notched but it's not bad either. As far as Culver's go- there's nothing wrong with this one. I'm thankful to have a place for cheese curds in the southern part of the state. I do like that it is veteran owned, if you ask when ordering there's a 10% military discount (pretty common being so close to an AFB). If there has been an issue with an order (extremely rare) they have resolved the issue quickly. I typically count on Culver's to not mess up my order and to include all requested dipping sauces and sides etc... I cannot say that about many fast food restaurants. The drive thru is efficient and the inside is well kept (same goes for the bathrooms). All in all, a great fast food spot in the Metro East. read more
