Orange Julius
Amelia R.

This location is one of the last Dairy Queen's to offer Orange Julius!!! The employee was telling us only treat centers have Orange Julius and unfortunately that may not last forever. I was happy to get one last of these treats while on vacation it was delicious and just as I remembered. This location is inside of the Excalibur Casino.

This Dairy Queen is located inside Excalibur Hotel and conveniently next to Fun Dungeon. They have a small selection of fruit juice, smoothies, blizzards, and light bites. My personal favorite is Very Cherry Chip blizzard, so amazing! The smooth and creamy cherry flavor is not too sweet and there's lots of yummy chocolate chip crunch which is quite a delight!

We actually spent 10 min trying to find the Excalibur Arcade (where this is located) but phew got there before they closed at 10pm. Ordered at 9:50pm, and got our Oreo Blizzard at 9:55pm. The server was friendly and in a cheerful mood, and the Blizzard was yummy!

Genius idea to have a Dairy Queen in the arcade @ the Excalibur Hotel. It is a limited menu. No burgers, Tacos, or fried foods. They did have hotdogs some version of a panini sandwich???? The guys that took our order were great. Outstanding Customer service. Answered all my questions, since it was a limited menu I had a few. Wish I got their names. The two guy were there today Tuesday the 18th @ around 7:45pm. Thank u guys.

This Dairy Queen was not a good choice. I was so hungry and DQ was the closet place to eat. When the guy said there's more choices on the 2nd level. I should have just walked away. $25 later, it was not worth it at all. I got the 6 piece grilled chicken Nuggets. Hubby got the Grilled chicken sandwich with a large Animal Cracker Blizzard. They were out of lettuce, ketchup, salt & pepper. What is this? We get our food & return to our room. I'm eating my grilled chicken. It didn't have any flavor. I was disappointed royally. That's not the worst part. About 10 minutes later, my stomach was hurting. I couldn't stand up. I was doubled over. After puking, I felt 100% better. Not ever stoping here again. This wasn't a fluke visit.

As we walked around the casino floor, last thing I expected was to see a giant Orange Julius Cup protruding from from the atrium below! That made it worth the effort to get down below. All around this open mall like Dairy Queen is a prize ticket generating arcade! A DQ is the perfect spot to refresh yourself after playing like a kid or with the kids! The staff was fast with our order of a smoothie and an Orange Julius. I watched the staff make some other drinks with expert skill and precision. The menu had every standard DQ food, drink and dairy item I could have ever wanted! Your kids and the kid in you will love this vacation from a vacation get away!

Blizzard was good and the service was fast. It's hidden downstairs but quick walk up. The cashier was friendly and seemed to be working alone but got the job done

My daughter came here for ice cream, she did enjoy it, the serve to wait for the ice cream wasn't bad, the workers are cool no complaints. Yes, we will be back.

Can we just admit that DQ needs to stop pretending they serve anything besides blizzards...and start calling it Blizzard Queen.

Coffee and Salted Caramel were better flavored. Good gelato though. Espresso was good standard espresso. The cafe has limited seating. It is loud and echoey. This is very nice and comfortable space. This last time that I was waiting for my family at the café as they were exiting the pool area, I think the lady here recognized me. When I ordered my sandwich and soda, she's so very nicely offered me a complementary refill on my drink if it were necessary. I saw plenty of other people ordering sodas and beverages. The cashier never offered them a refill. I thought that was very nice of her. Food like different sandwiches are prepared very quickly. Having a danish or pastry item and coffee here in the morning is really nice. There are tables and chairs just outside of the café. In a very large Grand hallway nearest the fine arts collection. You can sit there and enjoy your food and drink. It is very simple small café offering just the right amount of items and different types of items. During one visit to get gelato, we ordered a small cup. We were able to get two flavors. We got pistachio and chocolate. That was a great combination. Then, the second visit, we ordered the sugar-free chocolate and banana toffee. That was also a very good combination. Their flavors are delicious. And in case you were wondering, one cup of gelato is more than enough to share amongst 2 people.

GETTING HERE:…read more Located at the Linq Promenade in Las Vegas, near the Flamingo and Linq hotels. REVIEW: I forgot pictures because I was locked in! Ghirardelli is the only chocolate I eat, sorry not sorry. :) It just tastes *different, and since I was a first timer to this location I had to take it all in. :) Service was OK enough. There was one employee who seemed to be manning the front entrance, greeting customers, etc., and then once he got them inside he would direct another employee to ring up the order. I only have been to the location at California Adventure, so I didn't have a lot to compare it to, but this was very good time as well. If you're at the Linq Promenade, you have to make a stop here. At least for one square to give you sustenance for the tables and slots!

I have a complicated history with Milk Bar…read more The last time I visited, I ordered the cereal milk soft serve because I wanted to relive the Milk Bar magic I remembered from New York. Unfortunately, it just didn't hit the same way for me, and I left feeling a little underwhelmed. Fast forward to this trip to Las Vegas, and after a serious sweet tooth kicked in, I decided to give Milk Bar another shot. This time, I went all in and ordered the DIY Build-Your-Own Pint. Was it on the double-dollar-sign side of things? Absolutely. Did I regret it? Not even a little. Being able to customize everything felt oddly liberating, and the end result was exactly what I was craving. Every bite delivered. It was sweet, indulgent, packed with texture. Bomb dot com. The experience itself was surprisingly fun too. The staff was friendly, and at one point they had hardstyle music blasting through their speakers. As someone who had just survived EDC weekend, I couldn't help but point it out, which sparked a fun conversation and a few laughs with the employees. The good vibes extended to the line as well. Even though there were people waiting, it never felt long because everyone was chatting and enjoying the atmosphere. If I had one complaint, it's not really about the food at all. Milk Bar at the Cosmopolitan operates more as a walk-up window than a true dessert destination. Personally, I think the desserts are good enough to deserve a cozy sit-down concept where people can slow down and enjoy what they're ordering. Still, this visit completely redeemed Milk Bar in my eyes. Great service, a fun atmosphere, and a dessert that finally lived up to the hype I remembered. If they ever expand beyond the window-booth setup, I'd happily bump this to five stars

Stopped by after momofuku to try a slice of crack pie (now known as milk bar pie)…read more Similar to our experience at momofuku, they tried to upsell us when I ordered one slice of pie $8. She said it tastes best with soft serve on top, would you like to add it? No. Do you want another one for later? No. Do you want some water? No. I was a fan of Christina Tosi and David Chang who say they're "brother and sister", but not anymore. If this is how they train their staff to squeeze out more money from you, I'll take my stomach elsewhere. The pie was over priced, too sweet, and a small portion.

Small little rubber ducks lined up some of the windows. They were all out of matcha flavored items when we came in.
