A lot has changed on the menu, so much in fact that I felt like a foreigner discovering it for the first time ever. My hubby and I went in to the restaurant to eat. It was your typical American fast food joint complete with teens working behind the scenes who didn't want to be there, who stood around talking and who managed to screw up my order. But, it was pretty clean inside, I'll give 'em that. I ordered a bean burrito "Al fresco" with a Pico de gaio and sans cheese, which I think made it technically vegan. It still tasted the same as I remembered it from many moons ago...good, filling, drunk stoner grub (not that I was either of the two). The cheesy potato burrito was where they screwed up. I specifically asked for no meat on it. Of course when I unwrapped it, whoop there it was! But no problem, I got a new correctly made one in 2 minutes flat. The nachos were tasty and seem to be a bit lighter and crispier than I remember them. And OMG! The Cinnabon poppers! They are delicious and dangerous. Every stoner's cinnamon cream cheese filled dream come true! Hubby ordered some kinda $5 deal with 2 beef tacos and some sort of burrito, with nachos and cheese and a drink. He gobbled it all up before I could get the 411 on it. Open late for when the munchies strike past midnight! Nice! If I have a craving I know where to go. A better location than the one in Painesville, so I'm told. Even better.

Emmett went more than above and beyond the call of duty for his responsibilities as a Wendy's employee. As I said before I am a regular loyal customer to Wendy's, and this was the first time that my card didn't work. So I told him to hold my order and I was going to chase my bank, to get cash out. At the ATM it said that my card had a chip malfunctioning error. I went back to Wendy's and explain the situation, and showed the employees I had money in my bank account, and Emmett who works there paid for the number 8, without hesitation. This employee really deserves to either move up in this company or get a raise. Because he had no obligation to do such a nice deed this is why I love this company so much! This is exactly why I eat here two times a day ‍‍ I plan on coming back tomorrow to give him $20 cash for doing such a good deed. The location is a tear down rebuild 3-4 years ago from an existing 20 year store. The parking lot is small, but for the amount of traffic they currently receive ok. However two new hotels just opened across the street. This could change the amount business. They also have a limiting one car drive-thru. Everything was clean and neat in the lot and walk up. The grassy side area has a picnic table under a shade tree and it was being used. They have room for a few more. The small interior of the store was clean with visible signs of recent wipe down of tables. I also witnessed an an employee taking out trash and cleaning. Ordering for eat-in was smooth. The employee was professional and efficient. A number is given for the table so staff can locate you. Self serve cups are unique to me, but I rarely ever eat McDonald's. Drinks are self serve, the area clean. Lids are in a dispenser, also new to me. Ketchup packets and napkins are nearby. Less mess with ketchup packs, but love pumps. The manager delivered the food within minutes..WOW! My Quarter Pounder with cheese was yum and hot! Cheese was not completely melted however. Fries seasoned perfectly and hot. My carbonated Coke tasty. My friend had a fish sandwich and apple pie also yum. Disposal of trash near the door was within its boundaries and trays have been emptied from the top. The area clean. A quick restroom stop in the rear was surprisingly clean too! All necessary supplies present. There is a theme at this store if you didn't catch on. The cleanliness stood out and I applaud the management team and staff. The service was on point at the counter and delivery of food. My burger was darn good. I may return since I'm here for a few days and it's close to my hotel. I hope I don't regret this. 3.5 rounding down with a single experience.
