Perfect size and cute packaging with polka dot cups. Flavorful creamy soft serve and adequate toppings! The exterior is darn cute with multiple bright paint colors and cute art. They have the pictures of the staff on a board which is a nice way to get to know the crew. The staff was friendly and explained the items and sizes. Through word of mouth I have heard how good the ice cream is here and boy was everyone right. This little ice cream stand in Chardon is fantastic. There menu and the number of different flavors is mind blowing. My wife had the hiltopper sundae, the half size. The sundae was vanilla soft serve, strawberry topping, a chocolate dip coating, and whipped cream. She said it was absolutely delicious. I had the peanut butter cup sundae, half size. It had peanut butter cup ice cream, hot fudge, peanut butter sauce, Reese's peanut butter cups, and whipped cream. This sundae was definitely packed with peanut butter and chocolate flavor. My son had a twist in a waffle cone with sprinkles. He loved the ice cream which was HUGE. as he kept joking it was like 3 gallons of cold creamy goodness. Overall a great experience. Where to begin?! This is THEE place in town to get a frozen treat. They have snacks as well.. however, there are so many different ice cream flavors and concoctions.. so why eat food? Lol. I love driving by and seeing everyone enjoying themselves - even if I don't stop in. When we do stop for a treat, everyone is happy. You can see everyone's faces light up. My daughters love grabbing their own plastic lawn chair to sit in. My youngest takes more than one.. neither here nor there, it's so awesome to see them happy over the little things. Sometimes they host face painting and other kids activities. I know it's seasonal only.. but I wish they were open year around. I think the community would support them! It's also awesome seeing them SO involved with the community. You can usually find their ice cream truck at local events. They're super active and engaging on Facebook too. I ordered the coconut almond chocolate hard cone with crunch coat and was surprised to see White ice cream with crunch coat. A pond tasting I could taste the coconut but nothing else as I ate the cone I came across some whole almonds and some chocolate chip not what I was expecting but still pretty good.
