Went to the drive through this evening. There were 2 cars in front of me. After almost 20 minutes, someone took my order, which I had to repeat three times. After a total of more than 25 minutes, I finally got to the pickup window. No one had any record of my order. Horrible service! The workers inside didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. The WORST Dairy Queen experience I have ever had. It is January 16, 2016 at 9:40pm. There were two employees "working." When I arrived, there was a couple waiting at a table and a couple waiting in line. After waiting in line for 5 minutes with no employees in sight by the register, I asked the couple in front of me if they had been served. They had not even been talked to or acknowledged. After another few minutes I had to call for assistance to the employees in the back that were chatting away and probably only tending to the drive thru orders. While doing so they were VERY AUDIBLY complaining that the there were too many customers there before closing time amongst other occupation related complaints. This place is run by teenagers, especially in the evenings. Not a huge shocker that teenagers work "at the dairy queen." But like with teenagers, some are ok, sweet even, others you just want to tap dance on their necks. One day you will come here and get excellent service.
