The concrete was good, but not my personal favorite. As far as the seating, plenty of benches, patio seating with umbrellas and even a water fountain connected to the outside of the building. Most sundaes have two sizes (large and small) and their large still isn't quite what I'd consider "large" but I have no real qualms. Service was good as well on my most recent visit. They have a whole case of caramel dipped apples, when I went in there was like 13 different kinds and they are VERY affordable. Prices range from $3.95-$6.95 per apple depending on the kind you get. They were fresh, delicious, and buy 3 get 1 free when I went so it was an awesome deal. They also have fruit smoothies, ice cream, cakes, dipped treats (chocolate dipped cheesecake and bananas) there is literally something for everyone you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a classic tradition of Taggarts, you must try the Bittner ice cream sundae. The Bittner is "A Popular Canton Classic since the 1930's!
