Typically the food here is fantastic. We order take out monthly or so. Today they really struggled. Ordered chicken and cheese enchiladas for the first and last time. Cheese seemed like the just wrapped up string cheese in a tortilla shell and was hard not melted at all. Chicken just seemed like boiled shredded chicken no flavor. It was a Saturday night around 6:45pm, so we expected a wait time. While waiting, we decided to look at the menu since it was our first time there. The first menu had splashes of food inside, so we traded it out for a different menu - same thing. Eventually we realized that the worker behind the desk was supposed to be cleaning the menus (we took the menus from the clean pile), but she was distracted on her phone instead. The staff seated us fairly quickly - within the allotted wait time. We had plans afterwards, so we placed our order as soon as the waitress came to the table. Our chips and salsa were delicious and were refilled while we waited...and waited...and waited. It was easily over an hour before our food came out. The chicken fajitas were good - nice size portion. They came with a side of rice, sour cream and shredded cheese. They were lacking pico de gallo and shredded lettuce toppings which are pretty standard. Refried beans and/or black beans are usually also served at other Mexican restaurants but were missing here. My husband ordered a chicken dish. He said the taste was fine - not something he would re-order though. Overall Good chips and salsa Fajitas were tasty Restaurant floor was exceptionally sticky Menus were kinda gross Wait time on food was exceptionally long (the restaurant was busy but not every table was filled - which was strange since there was a wait list, but maybe they didn't have the staff available.) We stopped in for supper a week or two ago. It was a very busy night and hadn't made a reservation. The hostess seemed somewhat overwhelmed and unsure but one of the managers did a great job making sure the lobby was cleared quickly and people were seated. As far as food goes I got the steak tacos and rice. I enjoyed the way the rice came in a little bowl like fried rice you would get at a Chinese restaurant. The tacos were good although the green sauce was a little spicy for my taste. I would love to see it be clearer on the website if reservations are needed and the parking lot to be able to get more space. More than likely somewhere I would come back with just my husband as it was a little loud for my mother in law who is hard of hearing. read more

Stopped for lunch after visiting the H.O.F. This is a large place that also has a good sized cantina. The menu has lots of options and they have standard Mexican beers on tap/bottled. My son customized an asada burrito and I got the Quesadilla Azteca. Both of our dishes were very good. Chips and salsa were also very fresh and the service was great. Living where some of the best Mexican food exists (Central California), most restaurants we try outside of our home are good, but can't compare. Outstanding experience from beginning to end. We didn't have reservations but we're seated within 2 minutes of our arrival at 6:30. The owner himself seated us and he checked on us 2 more times after we were seated. The food was Outstanding. I had enchiladas mole and it was delicious. The flan was great. I came to Francisco's on a week night with a friend for dinner just for fun and had one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Our initial greeting was so warm and welcoming, the staff was so professional and on their game the entire time. Their menus are even well designed which stands out for me haha. The entire restaurant is charming and unique. Equally festive and authentic, open and intimate and provides some unique spaces creatively tucked inside. It's full of quirks and character and well cared for by staff. I ordered their Soup that was a family recipe, the Consommé Xochitl, which was insanely fresh and beautifully flavored. I also ordered a burrito that felt hearty and comforting yet not at heavy. Our server even brought us a scoop of chocolate ice cream with the something like a raspberry reduction which was a sweet touch that really stood out. The prices are fair, the food is authentic and high quality, and the staff elevates the whole experience with their attentiveness and expertise. Can't wait to go back. read more

I've been to Table Six several times and honestly never knew Francisco's was there - just drive slightly past and you'll be in the parking lot :) Just a note - the only open entrance is on the side with the flag banner, not on the other side, as I saw several people try and open the other side door to no avail when I was at my table. We had a party of 10 and our server was great - she handled us really well! There were three baskets of chips and bowls of salsa on the table but the salsa was too bland and the chips not salty enough for my liking. The menu has a lot of choices but not a ton of vegetarian options. I went with the veggie fajitas though and the vegetables were delicious. The side of rice was good as well! My family and I went out to eat at Franciso's, we went to the hostess stand the owner said "how many" I said three and immediately he was very rude, he told me next time make a reservation, mind you he didn't tell the people behind us or Infront of us to make a reservation next time I'll just leave, I'm sorry you over booked and don't know how to run a restaurant, it's the freak 'in weekend do better! You are going to be busy! The food was burnt, the fajita skillet burned everything on it because they warmed it for too long, it wasn't seasoned, clearly the chef didn't care and burned people's food the people after us got theirs and it was also burnt and smoking. I could tell they only cared for certain customers because we got treated so poorly but other people greeted and thanked them for coming, so if you are going to treat people differently because of their skin, color, disability or whatever it may be, please don't run a restaurant. I paid 80.56 to be treated like this. This is not okay. Do better Franciso's! I will never be back, but thanks for taking our money. Wasted time and food. read more

A nice hidden gem in North Canton area. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's pretty nice and spacious inside. The service was outstanding. I live in Texas and I'm used to Tex Mex and was impressed with their food here! I had the chicken Suiza, it was very good but needed more sauce. Service was prompt and they helped with our allergy requests! Pollo con crema is incredible; my friend likes it a lot. The fajita was good: big portion; the guacamole was VERY good. Ambiance it was quite loud the sound isn't absorbed but the place was full. Their drinks are okay; I had a flavored margarita it was a good level stiff but taste wise not my favorite but to each their own. Their mixed drinks are good!! I had the chicken fajitas which are an incredible bargain for the amount of food served. Food came out sizzling. Corona on draft was delicious and so were the chips and salsa. Churros for dessert were great too. Midwest prices were on full effect here. Food was delicious, didn't take long at all, and was cheap. Francisco's is a fun restaurant. We had a party of 5 on a very busy Thursday evening. We had a bit of a wait, which is understandable since it was peak dinner time. We were seated timely and ordered drinks. Everyone enjoyed their margaritas. My cousin and her son really enjoyed the Molcajete for something they've never had before. Dear Yelpers, It may be the fresh strawberry margarita talking, but I think I may have just found my new Taco Tuesday Spot! I mean I haven't even gotten the bill yet and I'm already trying to spread the word!! Service was amazing and fast, food was delicious, and I honestly don't know how you can beat the deal! I came in and got the Tacos Mixtecos and talk about flavor extravaganza. The chorizo, the steak, and topped off with a little hot sauce and queso [special add ;) ] boy o boy. Then the Tuesday special comes with essentially a free Marg! Strawberries fresh enough I could still see the dirt! (Jk lol) My fiancée got the chicken fajitas and was "Thoroughly pleased". As with many places, Francisco's is suffering from staff shortages which caused unusually long wait times. HOWEVER, I don't know if it was the owner, but the head guy was busting his butt to make sure he could do Everything he could - tending bar, cleaning tables, brining chips, recommending drinks - that this place may have received 5 stars regardless of the food! But the food was also top notch! I was impressed by the margaritas and food. Seemed like they used fresh ingredients. My only tiny complaint was the salsa. Pretty bland and had a flavor that they used mole in it. Overall though, very good! Hope this place sticks around. read more

It's where the old blue fig was and you'd pass it if you didn't know it was there but it is the definition of "hidden gem" the tacos aren't your typical, the margaritas are not from a mix they are hand shaken and to die for. Wow! We absolutely loved this gem of a Mexican restraint. Driving by you would never know what an amazing place it is. The inside is beautiful. And the food--wow, the food! The chicken tortilla soup had a great flavor with such delicious broth and the avocado on top. My husband got the steak in a huge stone ball that is normally used to make salsas and guacamole.
