Great for ice cream cones and sundaes, but people come for the Blizzard! And they are the absolute cheapest people on the planet!! You should really just order an ice cream in a cup and save your $3 premium for a Blizzard. See the pics below for what is supposed to be a peanut butter cup Blizzard. I paid $3.99 for a small Blizzard and this is what I got...unbelievable! The pieces are so minuscule that it tasted like vanilla ice cream. Won't be spending my money here. For those who liked the old owners, they didn't use the real deal Reese's cups or Oreos so their Blizzards weren't really authentic. Store brand peanut butter cups and Hydrox are not Oreos. They were nice, but they were cheap skates, for sure! read more

I just stopped in recently and it seems that this store has gotten new management recently and things are looking really good. The staff was friendly, the store was nice and clean, and the ice cream was great. One of the best Dairy Queen's I've been to. read more

I have made my last rip to Dairy Queen. You would think a business with a name like that would know what a hot fudge sundae would look like. I recently bought a hot fudge sundae and blizzard. I took a minute but I got over the $10.00 price tag for these two medium sized items. When I got mine it was a cup of soft ice cream with some fudge sauce around the side. The friggin fudge sauce wasn't even warm. I asked if they could put some walnuts on it to at least make look like they had some idea of what a sundae looked like. They told me it was 40 cents for walnuts. I can't imagine what they would have charged if I wanted whipped cream and a cherry. The owners need to go online and see what a hot fudge sundae looks like. There are too many other places to go for ice cream in Westminster and from now on we'll be using them. They are constantly charging more and giving less. Don't bother read more

Don't bother looking at the menu online, their actual menu is very limited. The grilled chicken sandwich reminded me of a high school cafeteria type sandwich. The meal deals only include chips-- no french fries. Best part of the meal was the icecream! read more

I used to enjoy this DQ location until they changed management recently. The old mangers were a nice, personable, older couple who were friendly and made the experience worth it. I'm not sure who the new people are, all I know is that as soon as they switched, the wait time increased, the quality of the blizzards (candy to ice cream ratio) decreased as well as the customer service! In addition to that, I've also had them get my order (two blizzards) wrong, giving me something else, which only extended the wait time for a mediocre blizzard. this place used to be great . i'd always order a large oreo blizzard. recently my mom got one for me and they had mistakenly put peanut butter in it. my mom took it back and wanted a new free one, because it was their fault. they said no and made her pay for a whole new blizzard, not even giving her the other one she paid for (i assume they took it and threw it away). this time, the blizzard has peanuts in it. there is a new girl worker there they said who took the order. she's not doing her job correctly. i'm absolutely angry beyond belief because now you've basically taken $15 away from my mom. these people need to fucking LISTEN. it isn't that difficult to get a normal oreo blizzard correct. read more

While making a payment with my debit card, at the drive-thru, the lady asked me for my pin number. I thought this was very inappropriate. I went on the inside to complete my purchase by manually entering my pin myself. I called DQ's customer service # to complain and they gave her my phone number. She called me and started telling me that she does not do anything with my pin number. That's not the point. The point is, that it is inappropriate to ask for a customer's pin number. She was very rude and continued her bad-mannered behavior while talking to me. I am disappointed with DQ's customer service in the fact that they gave her my phone number to call and 'fuss' at me. The absolute worst dairy queen experience ever! I ordered two Royal Oreo blizzards and a peanut buster parfait at the drive thru. They took my order, but didn't read it back to me. They didn't give me a price total. When I pulled up to get my food there was one "blizzard" and the peanut buster parfait ready, but the second blizzard was missing. I said to the person at the drive thru there should be another, his response was yeah yeah yeah... very RUDE. He gesture for payment, but still had not given me a price total. The worst part is the blizzards were not blizzards at all. If we had did the "blizzard test" everything would have spilled out. The person at the drive thru asked if I wanted tops for the blizzard. Once I took my order the person at the drive thru slammed the drive thru window in my face and failed to provide me with a receipt. I drove back to get my receipt because I needed the store information to report the experience. An experience that I feel was racially motivated. read more
