I went there for breakfast couple weeks ago and got a case of food poisoning it was horrible.

Amazing food! Convenient location in Sykesville/Eldersburg area, food is always fresh and ready quickly. Fries are perfect every time at this location, which is rare for most CFA branches. I like the chicken nuggets, very authentic. Mac and cheese and cool wrap are perfectly amazing as well. Curbside/drive thru services are run efficiently. 5/5 Chick-fil-A location for me. read more

Good and everything like the food was amazing but just one thing was missing.... THE STRAWS I love the Chick-fil-A straws especially with my Dr Pepper. I just really hope they double check when they're putting the straws in the bag. Next time you guys should order from there though just ask for straws it's amazing. read more

Ok first off decent service but when I ordered frys and a 6pc chicken nuget they gave me 1 large fry instead of the 3 that I ordered. Also my 6 peice was only 5. I love Chick-fil-A but this is a no for me. Ordered a salad and every bite had granules of sand. The salad was not washed and that was very unpleasant to encounter when you are very hungry. If they are not washing their produce, what other practices are not happening? read more

I have only good experiences here. This CFA is located off of Route 32 next to the CVS and across from Applebee's . It's not as close to my home as the Westminster location, but I prefer it here. First of all, it's not as crowded here. There are of course peak hours but it isn't as bad with traffic control as in Westminster, where the shopping center parking lot is laid out strangely. Workers are friendly as usual. They get my order correct, even when I pre-order on the app. Fries are usually good-whole waffles not crumbly pieces. Right now, the dining area is closed due to COVID, but for drive thru or curbside, they do a good job. read more

2018 I have had an issue or two at this location. There have been times where people were greeted and treated with warmth and hospitality. Then I, the next in line, did not get the same warmth and welcoming/inviting level of service. The only difference between the other customer and me was our chromatic. Since that time, my experiences have been just 'fine'. I feel like I have to pay extra close attention to how I am treated at this location because I am of a different hue than the majority of the residents/patrons and visitors to this area. Why do I continue to come??? Because I will NOT allow 1-2 people to determine when/where or how I live my life. I also love, follow and believe in the founding Biblical principles this company proclaims to support/follow/promote. When I am treated different than others, I care-front (not con-front, I address the issue because I care, not for conflict) the person and speak about what took place and why. The food is always hot the orders are correct the staff is friendly. they have great logistical operations for drive-thru and pick up options. They even made improvements to the parking lot like literally removed curves to help with traffic flow read more

Would give it a higher rating but the service is not good. Im a busy person so I go through the drive through but I wouldn't recommend doing that if you need to go places. Takes forever! Good food hut overall not the best. read more

The parking lot is awful. It connects to a CVS on one side and a funeral home on the other. The entrance/exit is located on 32 so if you need to make a left turn out of the lot towards the reservoir you'll be there until the next morning. Takes forever but not their fault. My issue is with the drive thru. It's fast for sure. Usually. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit. Like the other day. I ordered two salads, a kids meal, and two number ones. Simple enough. Waited at the window for about two minutes after I paid, I saw someone walking out of the back with a stack of salads. It was good and it was fresh. But they didn't include the dressing. I don't get it. I didn't realize it until I got home so that was on me for not checking. But there are 38 people working there, 15 for drive through. Not one could remember two dressings? read more

Food: 4 stars and consistently good. Service 1 star. The woman at the drive through was quite rude. Maybe she had a bad day but I cannot imagine any manager letting her talk to customers. We had the chicken tenders and chicken bits and they were both great. Love the Chick-fil-A sauce. It's consistently good and wish we had more locations up north. Highly recommend this specific Chick-fil-A, based off of its customer service. I go here probably once a week if not twice and am always greeted like a top priority. My order is always made correctly not missing and condiments or anything like that, and never missing any items either. The one employee that plays a role in the excellence of their customer service is this guy Cody. He always greets me and asks me how i'm doing and sends me off feeling valued. I never forget to ask for sauce because he always makes sure i don't leave without any. He is almost always there either at the window or outside taking orders and taking payment. The rest of the staff is amazing as well but this young man seems to be the hardest worker when i'm there. Definitely check this place out, and if you want your day made better, look out for Cody! read more

I am always a sucker for a good trip to Chic-Fil-A and have been ad avid eater there for about 3 years now. This visit, I attended this CFA on National Cow Appreciation Day and wore all black and a cow t-shirt in order to get myself a free chicken sandwich. Although the restaurant was packed and the line was almost out the door, this location did not disappoint. Servers and those working the floor were everywhere, filling up drinks and being pleasant as always. When I got to the front of the line, i was ecstatic to find out i qualified to a free meal and got a lemonade and some waffle fries. The meal was as always fabulous and I enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich to the last bite. When my friend and I were finishing our meal, a staff came over and informed us there was a photobooth outside and that the Chic-Fil-A cow would be appearing soon. The outside was set up for the celebration and I had a great time taking a photo booth pic and getting to see the classic Chic-Fil-A cow. Overall- I am very impressed with how this restaurant handled the rush of people that came out for this day and their staff deserves so much credit for feeding so many cows! I wish i could give this negative stars. My coworkers and I decided to do carry out to celebrate a coworkers last day. We work a solid 20 minutes away without traffic, so usually 25 minutes after getting stuck behind some dump trucks on the one-laned 32. I ordered 8 things on one receipt- salad, twelve pack, twelve pack, chicken sandwich, deluxe spicy meal, deluxe spicy meal, sandwich, and another twelve pack. I waited on the side and they brought me rather quickly two large bags. I already had the drinks and I asked if it was all there- the teen assured me it was. On a time crunch, I did not double check and left. I drove back to the office only to find they had FORGOTTEN THREE MEALS. Not just perhaps one falling through the cracks, but THREE....two of the twelve pack nuggets and a sandwich. This is just poor service. I call the number listed on their google page to try and talk to someone...it RINGS AND HANGS UP on you. Ok weird....I call a different number listed on their Facebook page...SAME THING! But I am determined and now super pissed. I FINALLY get through- to a manager nonetheless- and he barely apologies for the phone issue and the food issue. He says if I come back, he'll give me the food. Nothing else. He blames the phones for not working on an employee dropping one into a bucket of water- not surprised. I drive back- another twenty-ish minutes lost. I get there and no manager will speak to me- instead, the teen who messed up my bag in the first place asks me what items were missing and then hands them to me. I asked to see the manager and he said he was busy. What a poor excuse for customer service. My car overheated and broke down in this very crowded two lane drive through at prime time. This would have likely frazzled any other fast food place but gotta love chick fil a and their incredible customer service skills. They had 3 employees push me through the drive through into a safe parking spot to be towed. One employee gave me the antifreeze container she had in her car and they gave me my food on the house because "looks like you're already having a bad day, it's the least we can do". Thank you chick fil a for your compassion, quick thinking to manage a potentially time consuming situation, and incredible ability to always go above and beyond. I am so grateful to each of your team members that helped me today! read more

Nice new large location. Food was typical of a CFA . Irritated that cashier claimed we did not order drinks for everyone in our party, charged us another $1.85 on top of our pricey fast food bill. I would have disputed had we gotten our receipt. Then got a cup full of ice and little soda. No soda refills either. read more

This is my second trip since moving back to the area and coming from the East coast, where you don't have to wait 10+ minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich, I'd have to say this location is by far the worst one I've been to. We pulled up to the drive thru with a few minutes until breakfast was over, where they had 2 gals taking orders. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and after taking the order and asking for payment the gal then asks over her headset if breakfast is over. Needless to say we left with no breakfast. I did let the manager on duty know of the issue. read more

This place has always had great service and food, but it's also usually pretty crowded. There's a playground inside for kids too.

Very disappointed in this store. Last evening had chicken deluxe with fries. We couldn't eat the fries. Tasted foul. This morning went to the filthy​ rest room. Toilet and hand towels on the floor. I stopped by Eldersburg Chick Fil A to see if they would help me with an issue. My wife had just gotten home from having cancer surgery and we could not find longer straws. Matthew who was getting food for curbside patrons came over when I called. I explained my situation who then asked Joe his manager to help. They gave me a small bag of long straws. Everything about this location has done nothing but get better. One of if not the best fast food places in town.

Would be nice if there was someone to clean tables and empty trash cans like they did before. Also would be nice if sandwiches were made with buns that didn't fall apart easily. No other negative issue noticed. read more
