The cheese was so thick, warm, and gooey; the staff was informative, and even 15 minutes before closing after a long hot day at the beach, they were willing to indulge an enthusiastic patron. I asked it the sausage was rustic... she showed me a pan and said... this is the sausage - the sausage is good.... It was a great experience. I ordered the chicken for my protein and fettuccine for my pasta; my daughter and I watched as they swirled the freshly made pasta in a giant cheese wheel.
