It was ok, not bad or great. Didn't get the flip (not to worried about it and I know they are supposed to). They were very prompt taking our order, friendly, and and overall quick. Not even 5 minutes til we got home, my blizzard was already melting :( but still is good. My husband got the cherry chip and my youngest got some strawberry shake with sprinkles. I'm glad I ignored all the recent reviews and stopped here on a Monday afternoon in December. The place was empty, sadly vacant with some chairs stacked on tables. It was just me and the two young men working. I ordered a hot fudge sundae. It was served fast and tasted delicious, just as it should be. Visited this location last week a few hours before closing, there were a few cars ahead of us but once we got to place our order in the drive thru the female who took our order was rude and seemed so annoyed to take our order and once we got to the window they did not flip it upside down to verify if that ice cream was how it claims to be made and was just handed to us. Not the first that we have bad service here, last time it was at least 15 before closing and they were already closed and done taking orders. Not worth the annoyance you have leaving this place, rather drive further to another location than to deal with this one again read more

It's hit or Miss what you're going to get here. We just went there and ordered a "Brookie Blizzard" with extra toppings. When we received it, we told the teen who took our order that there were barely any toppings in the blizzard. He dug through and found ONE, then stated there's one and shrugged his shoulders. At this point, a second teen came to the window to tell us that there was extra. Which, there obviously wasn't. The second blizzard came with Hersey Syrup even though we asked for none. After being argued with by yet a third teen, we just left. We ordered the same two blizzards last week and the service and treat was good. It really depends on who is working. It's like a box of chocolates, you just never know what you're going to get. There should obviously be more training to the teens! read more

I've gone to this Dairy Queen since I was like 6/7 and it has never failed. The staff is always friendly, and the ice cream is always on point no matter what I'm ordering. I do have give kudos to this location for putting Prison Mike on my birthday cake this year. It was a hit and I absolutely loved it. You're the real MVPs! read more

Long slow line tonight but from the time I ordered until the time I received the goods was less than 2 minutes. The girl at the window was the most friendly I've encountered a long time. All that great service so I was surprised by the product. (See melted banana split picture). CLEARLY this was made earlier then after it melted, there was a "shove it in a fridge 'cause someone will order sooner or later" thought by an employee. Proof that it didn't just melt on the way home... (1) notice the bananas laying on top are freshly thrown in there and (2) whip cream was freshly applied as the whip cream would have fallen and mixed in with the ice cream and finally (3) the side of the tray you can see the ice cream melted the reset after being placed in whatever they are keeping frozen stuff. 4 stars for speed, friendly window person, and the manager admitting she has employees that like pulling BS like this to unsuspecting customers. read more

This Dairy Queen is the worst run I have ever been to! I have gone here a couple times and the service is always bad. There were 5 people behind the counter. One person taking orders for the drive thru three making food, and the last one went who knows where. We were waiting at the counter for 10 minutes and not one person took our order. The girl who was taking the drive-thru order told us she would be right with us then took three more orders of people who had driven up after us. Not one other person acknowledged us. Okay I have never been inside this location just to the drive threw but the people who work the drive threw sound depressed to be working there and they always have kind of an attitude about it. I have only ever gotten drinks (I love my orange julias) but they are watery sometimes and inconsistent. They also seem more interested in carrying on their personal conversations then dealing with me at the drive threw window. Once I had to wait and she finally noticed me and I asked if I could have my drink she'd only handed me the straw...she actually opened the window and said "what?" like I was bothering her...it's hard to turn into and out of this particular DQ too because of how the driveway is you could end up turning into the wrong drive. read more

I'm very disappointed that you don't make real ice cream shakes anymore. What's the point of going to an ice cream place if I'm just going to get a piece of crap prepackaged mix shake? I can get a better prepackaged mix shake from McDonald's if that's what I wanted... and cheaper, too. I chose DQ because every other time I've had a shake at one of your stores, it used real ice cream. Not tonight! The prepackaged mix you use is absolutely gross, I couldn't take more than 1 sip before the entire large vanilla shake was tossed out. What a waste of my money!
