This review ONLY relates to staff not paying attention to home delivery orders. I love Chick-fil-A, but the past FIVE times without fail, whether I used DoorDash, GrubHub, or Uber Eats, they got my order wrong. Something is either forgotten or just plain wrong. I gave two stars because their food is always good. However, this morning I went through the drive through which had four cars in it when we arrived. I ordered 20 chicken minis, one sandwich and two kids meals. After paying I was asked to park so they could get me fresh chicken. I waited 5 minutes and went inside. Shame on you. I bought two bags of ice this morning. ICE. And both bags were filled a little more than half way. I asked the woman at the window if they are now smaller, even tho the price went up, and she showed me the line it should be filled too. It was 2" above the ice. There shakes are one size called regular but they did have a large but they canceled that. Their regular size shakes are the same price as large shakes what a rip off will not ever go to Chick-fil-A again. Raising canes is so much better it's just farther away from me and that's fine. This place has gone down hill, was very dirty inside and the managers kids were running around barefoot spilling ice cream, screaming, and yelling to her from the dining room while she was working, the condiments and utensils weren't stocked, and the staff behind the counter were all talking to each other discussing not super appropriate things. So going thru the drive thru when I got my food I needed a drink holder. I was told immediately that they out. I trust their associates because in the past they would go that extra step to make sure I was satisfied. I was going to hold onto one of the drinks the whole trip home. The second I pull away from the window two people are walking out the door and lo and behold they have a drink holder. I like to go to chick a fil because I thought they strive to have to be truthful to their customers. I was very disappointed that they lied to me. I had to drive home with a drink in one hand. Came in with a mobile order through curbside. The drive through was backed up all the way to the stop light and I couldn't get passed the drive through to the curbside and the curbside was full of snow because the plows filled all that space. I parked in the back space of Safeway and turned my flashers on like the apps instructs you. When they delivered my food they seemed annoyed I wasn't in the curbside space so they reminded me to park there next time and when I told them it's because the drive through she instructed me to go the wrong way into the exit to get to the curbside. So when I look at my salad they didn't give me any of the toppings (becoming a standard at every chick fil a restaurant now) so I called to let them know and told them where I was parked so they again instructed me to drive down the wrong way and enter through the exit. read more

I stopped by here for lunch with my girlfriend. The service was quick even though the cashier was a little dense. Our order was done correctly, but the bag of cookies that we ordered was overcooked. They were not hockey puck overcooked, but enough that they were not that great. Taking them back was a hassle as we had left before we ate them, but it was a bit disappointing as their cookies tend to be moist. Ok, here is an official Mom review of Chik-fil-a. Since I am sensing from the other reviews that no one has dared go near the soundproof glass encasing the plague room, I mean playland, I thought I would shine some light on the other side of Chik-fil-a. My kids LOVE to go here, not so much the food for them, really the chance to climb up and down the play structure and absorb every germ left behind by every kid who's mom brought them in knowing they were sick. Yes, that happens, a lot. Although any mom who's kids face is covered in snot will cry allergies, it's just not so. I myself have climbed the playland too many times to count, whether to rescue one of mine who was too young to figure out where the slide was, or to threaten someone elses kid to play nice...... or else, and it's just gross. I've heard of those flash radiation sanitizer gizmos and I think every fast food playland is the perfect place to test those out. If you get close enough to check, those brightly colored plastic cubes of fun have lots of creases and crevices. Those creases and crevices are filled with crumbs. Food crumbs, and kid crumbs, if you catch my drift. Now, I know that one of those uber-polite teens has to go in and clean that thing every now and then, but let me tell you, it's probably just a courtesy run. Anywho, kids love it, I deal cause the food is yummy and the service so polite. It's the one fast food place where I never feel like someone is going to spit in my food just because they hate working there. Nothing at all actually-- just get the #1 (Crispy chicken sandwich) with a sweet tea. You will be simply amazed at how good this sandwich is, especially for a fast food chain. It's very deceiving-- it's so good you'll forget how pissed your arteries are for eating fried food. Their chicken is very high quality, and they cook their chicken in peanut oil. I think you have to join the Chik-Fil-A cult to work there, as all of the employees say weird things like "I'll be happy to serve you" and "would you like a bible with that?" Okay, so maybe I made up the last thing, but even as someone who doesn't believe in the Jesus, I don't mind the weird religious stuff because their food is super fantastic. They are closed on Sunday's which seems to be the time I most feel like having a chicken sandwich, but otherwise you can't go wrong.
