My daughter wanted food before she went to watch a soccer game so I stopped by as it's right by the middle school. I got her food, drove it over, and wanted a burger myself. Went through the drive thru, and there was a line, no biggie. A girl came up and asked what I wanted. All I did was order a burger with a few customizations, but no drink, no fries, nothing! Just a simple burger! I gave the girl my card and waited for it back, just to receive someone ELSES card!!!! I immediately went inside and was asking "hey, here's someone's card, where's mine?" No apology, no nothing. Just said "oh, here" and handed my card back.. so already off to a bad start. Once I got just my burger, it was completely wrong. I have to say, I hate onions, and I of course asked for no onions.... To which I was given onions. This may be dramatic but I cannot eat this burger AT ALL with onions, so all I did was go back around the drive through again to ask for a different burger. They didn't apologize, didn't say sorry, and just grabbed my burger, said "pull up to a parking spot", and shut the window. Again, what the heck??? Does customer service still exist?! Clearly not! I waited for 30 MINUTES for this burger in the parking spot, other people behind me in line got their food and left so I was left wondering what's going on. I went inside at this point and said "hey I've been waiting a long time for a remake of JUST a burger, can I have it?" And this same girl goes "I gave it to you." CLEARLY NOT!!! I would've left if I got it! So I said no you didn't, maybe you gave it to someone else? And of course, NO APOLOGY!!!!! All she said was "it will be a minute"!!!! I waited inside this time near the front so they could know I'm definitely waiting on something. After all this time, I finally got my burger with the right customizations. The SAME girl handed my food to me and said not a WORD. How ridiculous is that?! You are representing a company!!!! What terrible service!!!! My GRAND daughter and I can only vouch for the soft ice cream cone and strawberry shake. It's hot here in Texas, and my GRAND daughter wanted ice cream. I haven't been to a Dairy Queen in FOREVER. This little DQ hit the spot for her. Per the GRAND daughter, it was cold and yummy. She decided she needed a strawberry shake to wash down the cone. I did try the shake and it was delicious. Such great comfort food! I've been eating here for as long as I can remember. Definitely one of the top burgers in town. Steak fingers are a tasty choice too!(Get extra gravy for your fries and Texas toast) Always quick service and friendly staff. This is ridiculous Dairy Queen you really need to get some help again 5 people supposedly working and I can't get one to take my order. I would not even bother with this place except it is the only place on my route to grab ice cream. 100 degree heat and again no one can take my order phone rings people drive up they all get waited on I stand at the counter in in uniform hot and thirsty and they can't take care of me. I spent ten minutes in drive thru last night and ordered popcorn chicken with ranch and french fries. Running late for a movie, open my bag down the road and they gave me no ranch. Who eats chicken without ranch. Called the store was very upset, asked for a manager, KAYLA was her name. I told her i orderdd ranch with my chicken and i didnt get it. She said it was noted on the order. I said well you need to talk to your fucking window rep then.i am driving so it was on speaker phone through the car, i was upset but what really upset me was when she said tou dont need to curse me about your fucking ranch have a nice day and hung up. Is that how a manager is to respond. Yes i cussed in front of my kid but to have a manager curse me back when it was their mistake to begin with is ridiculous. It's a nightmare, no masks, no gloves, over staffed with a million teens, our drinks came out of a flat 2 liter bottle. The hard crack chocolate is in large old vegetable cans and is scooped with a small DQ cup touched over and over, they take forever to get food out and it's stale. read more

It takes forever and your life to get your order and you can never get your order directly from the drive thru window. You have to park and wait from someone to walk your order out to your car. Most times the order is wrong but you done waited so long you just take it and go. You go back hoping for a different experience...nada. The price is way too high to be so inconvienient. Food was fresh and hot, the quality was great, and the service was some of the best I've ever experienced! Just goes to show that management does matter and good customer service trumps all! I'm from Dallas and of eaten some of the best restaurants there, but rarely have had the kind of service that I experienced here!
