I walked into Chick-fil-A Sherman with zero notice, and Edd and Carter swooped in and saved the day. They whipped up enough food for 80 people like it was nothing. We were just in Texas for Christmas and ate here again, so I wanted to update my review since it's been about 6 years. Well, nothing has changed in 6 years expect the prices. Service is still great, long lines that they keep moving quickly at the drive-thru, food is hot and fresh. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a Diet Coke. Again, no complaints. It was a very fast and easy lunch. Keep it up, Chick-Fil-A! Would like to say, I didn't go into the restaurant. Only utilized the drive-thru. read more

This store has the craziest traffic pattern to park or drive through. Had a few minutes before our movie so grabbed a quick meal. My wife ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal. Everything was normal cheese lettuce tomato. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. I didn't realize it only came with two pickles. I will say the flavor was good. But they are getting the small chicken my sandwich was about 8 bites. Next time I want fast chicken I will go to Canes or Sonic. read more

Where I wanted my early lupper... but they don't participate in the free sandwich for veterans for Veterans Day. (Not a deal breaker, because hey, we are so appreciative of those that offer anything. I mean, plus who doesn't love them some chic-fil-a, right? They do offer a 10% discount for veterans all the time AND my sandwich was fresh. AND fast! And like every location, service with a smile and fantastic customer service. One star negated because that driving around the building situation is crazy dangerous! Came to the drive through at 8am, there were only 3 cars in front of me so I didn't think It would take too long. I was mistaken as it took over 10 minutes for me to get my food because the person at the front of the line apparently had a huge order. If they know someone has and order that's going to hold up the entire line, move them to a parking spot. This isn't the first time either. My boyfriend and I went to dine in for lunch and we didn't have the best experience. Every time we order food we always get an empty salad bowl so we can mix our french fries and chicken with sauce. Well this time our cashier went to ask an employee standing next to him if he could bring it with our meal and the employee refused. This has never been a problem at this location or other locations. This employee "Gabe" was kinda snappy to the cashier and us. It rubbed us the wrong way and we even offered to pay for it and he still said no . I know tik tok has make the empty salad bowl trend popular but we offered to pay extra for the EMPTY salad bowl. Normally chickfila is very nice and accommodating but today that wasn't the case. Chick-fil-A will always be one of my favorite chicken stops; however, with the addition of the second lane in the drive-thru and (technically) one entry into the lanes, the parking here is an absolute nightmare. There is just too much traffic and growth in the area for one location to serve. Hopefully, another CFA will open up in Denison soon. read more

Always the friendliest and delicious food. I have read some reviews of other people disliking that it takes a while to get their food, but to me the food is worth the wait and/or drive. I love using curbside and I have been building my points to get free food. I only rated it four stars due to the fact that some employees do not say "my pleasure" after I say "thank you" as they are trained. However, it is such a pleasant experience every time I go. It's not all bad. Lunch time till close is pretty good. However the morning time to lunch is night and day. Morning group is never happy. Always acts annoyed with you. Granted it's the morning time but for real you did sign up for it and knew what you were doing. That is the only issue is the morning crews attitude. Love going to the Sherman Chick-fil-A! Service is always quick and friendly. Many times they have held the door open while I herd two toddlers and carry a carseat. They have also helped me get my kids settled in. I go alot when my hubby is at work and this is a big benefit. The food is always of good quality. I have never recieved anything cold or burnt. The play area is great! It is always clean. It is good for even smaller kids. There is a toddler town and the climbing area is still great for little ones.
