The workers were really nice to me and efficient with my service. They were helping out with each other to get me my food quicker.

Ngl DQ got the best chicken sandwich and diet dr.pepper. And the best service everyday but especially Saturday day.

Honestly would have been better getting ice cream at Safeway or Maverick . Ordered through drive through and intercom is staticky and cut out . Order was wrong when we got to the window and the female staff member who was working was completely rude , could see through the window she was yelling about it to another coworker . I ordered a Double Bacon Hamburger with ketchup and bacon only with a side of mini tacos. My burger had cheese on it and I'm lactose intolerant. This is the 3rd time this has happened. If this continues to happen I will be speaking with cooperate. read more

Perkins would have been cheaper, the Food would have been better, and they would have actually appreciated our business.. Alliance needs some new Restaurant Blood ASAFP... I ordered their "Texas Toast BLT" on our last visit. The bread tasted cheap and stale, the bacon was microwave bacon and tasted like plastic, even the tomato tasted old and stale. Not only that, but they drizzled fake, horrible-tasting margarine on the inside of the sandwich instead of mayonnaise. Who doesn't put mayonnaise on a BLT sandwich!? The whole thing was beyond bad! Before we left, I took the sandwich up to the counter and asked if I could speak to the manager. I was very courteous. I didn't want a refund. I just said, "I'm sorry, but this sandwich was not good." and told her why. The manager was very rude and contemptuous, although she did INSIST on giving me a refund. I would rather she had just been pleasant. She claimed they "toast the bread right here" pointing to a toaster behind the counter (lol). "And I fry the bacon myself" (Yeah, putting pre-cooked bacon in the microwave doesn't count as "frying"). If you want ice cream, they might be alright. Don't come past 8 pm because the customer service is very rude. Waited outside the drive thru for a few minutes waiting for someone to answer . When they finally did I was Talked to disrespectfully. I understand closing and everyone wanting to go home but when your open til 9:30 orders should be taken until than in any business. I've worked in customer service for years. When I asked who took the order so I could report to the owner was told they didn't know and closed the window. I know it's locally owned, so staff should be trained in common Courtesy. I get off late to and was trying to get my boys a kids meal because I work all day and don't have time to cook before going home late as well. Just wanted to feed my sons before they went to bed. Would recommend anyone going at least an hour before closing. read more

Food: Purchased the cheeseburger and fries. Bun top was really hard in places leading me to think it was likely an older bun. Fries and ice cream sundae was tasty though. they are never open all the way to the closing hours advertised. saw they were advertised to be open until 10pm this week with the adjusted holiday hours and went at 9 and all lights were off. this isn't the first time this has happened. they make a habit of closing earlier than their advertised hours. the food is great, but stay open your advertised hours it's not that hard. read more

Has a lot of added menu items no other DQ has. Eat there as much as I can. Try the brisket nachos.

They are always busy but quick with service. The inside is very clean and modernized. There are daily specials and the food is great! They also have ready-to-go ice cream cakes and other frozen treats. read more

For a small town and this being a fast food place, it's very pricey. You have to buy your hamburger and fries separate. 1/4 lb plain burger is $4 and then fries are an additional $3 for a small. No combo meals. Not only is it expensive but it is NOT handicap accessible. A wheelchair can't even fit in the bathroom door. The soda fountain is self serve and too high up for someone in a wheelchair. Not impressed with the food or staff either. The food was mediocre at best and the staff wasn't overly friendly. I definitely would not eat here again and would never recommend it to anyone in a wheelchair. read more

I am, as you may have heard from my other reviews, not prone to writing reviews of chain establishments, lest they catch my fancy, or are very irritating. Well this DQ is a gem. I am sure the goods are all the same DQ stuff, but the people are so very very very polite, kind, sincere, and engaging. I mean really hats off to the crew. Next there are the regular tables in the dining room, but in the room with the ordering counter are four comfy chairs just like you were in someone's living room. Too cool! So Comfortable! Good food, but portions are pretty small all around. They do NOT do the promos that other DQ's do. They do not offer meals unless it is a daily special, then it is just a burger & fries. Better to order yourself a kids meal, really. There are promos for $5 meal deals that other DQ's offer, but this one won't participate. Makes me enjoy the other DQ's a lot more!
