Apparently they don't want any business. Impossible to order through the drive-through as no one is operating it. Cannot order through the mobile app due to "issues". So we were forced to go inside where we found that the doors had just been locked, even though there was a large family inside. After pounding on the door and one of the customers open the door for us, We were greeted with "well we're shortstaffed". Terrible service!!! Waited over 1/2 hour & got the wrong order. People behind us had the same problem. Staff acts dumb, as if they don't know they are screwing up the orders. The order numbers don't match. I told them this is totally unacceptable, they don't care. We'll go to Arby's next time. Also, I noticed that when older people were waiting for their food, McDonalds served the younger ones first & the older folks were waiting for a half hour & longer. I went through the drive thru on Saturday Feb. 8 th at 4: 47 a.m. I ordered a sausage egg Mcmuffin breakfast, and requested no cheese. When I got to work, I opened the bag. The hashbrown was so soaked in grease that it covered the wrapper for the hashbrown, and soaked through a good portion of the outside bag. It was inedible. The sandwich with cheese. I submitted a complaint on the McDonald's website Saturday morning and requested to be contacted by local management. It is Monday 11: 28 and I have not heard anything. Apparently the McDonald's company, from the top down, does not care about its customers. read more

This McDonald's is awful. The kiosks to pay are stupid. The employee didn't know how to run it at all and we couldn't hear her talk. They wouldn't let us have our order taken at the counter. This is hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Working for the railroad, I work odd hours, and a lot of times this is the only place open, unfortunately. On one occasion I ordered a quarter pounder and took it back to work. I bit Into it and the meat was frozen in the middle. I took it back a day later and they did provide a replacement meal. On another occasion I ordered coffee and took a sip and it was old and cold. The girl apologized and replaced it at least. At breakfast, on too many occasions I get stale biscuits. The service is completely subpar. The quality of the food here is not good and is not fresh. I've pulled up to place an order and been rudely told "hang on". Minutes later I just drive away. I keep giving them opportunities but they disappoint me almost every time. I honestly do not know how this place stays in business. I like to vote with my dollars, and I will not be giving anymore of mine to this establishment. read more

This place failed to be fast food. Once we got stuck in the driveway for 20 minutes. We didn't even move for like 15 minutes. Today after ordering our mcflurry, they said the machine didn't work, but they didnt call us up we just had to go ask. We finally got our money back and left. The employees don`t know how to center the hamburger patty on the bun, same with cheese, half of it sticks to the wrapper because it is also not centered on the bun. Management and employees take NO PRIDE in there work. read more
