Employees are extremely rude and can't get an order right. They also post political propaganda on their signs.

I'll give two reviews for Jucy's:…read more The short one: Jucy's has the best burgers in Tyler, easily. No competition. The long one: Jucy's might be home of the best 3 course meal in Tyler. Jucy's Hamburgers got their start in Longview and eventually came to Tyler. The 5th Street location is the OG of Tyler and has been slinging burgers for as long as I can remember. I have quite a few memories of their location on Old Jacksonville, but upon revisiting Tyler, I had to stop at the 5th Street location. Upon walking in, it has been remodeled quite a bit making it a little more modern and similar in style to the other locations in Tyler. You order at the counter where you can get your burgers, sides, and more before getting a buzzer for when your food is ready. As they cook your burger (or whatever you ordered), you are free to get your free cup of their incredible beans. I took a picture of my girlfriend with her beans to send to my parents, that's how culturally important it is to us. That's course one. 10 minutes later, your buzzer rings and you're given a tray with a glorious burger and whatever delectable sides you decided to grab. Their onion rings are always a must. This time around, at the suggestion of my girlfriend, I also got an order of their Fried Green Tomatoes. Something I have never ordered before, but really enjoyed. It's greasy, it's deep fried, and it's incredible. The burger is as good as I remember. That's course two. As you sit there, trying to decide if housing that burger and cruising through all those onion rings was a good idea, you decide to get another cup of beans for dessert. The bacon inside them is subtle but always appreciated. They have a little heat and a little sweetness. They're a true delight and one of the best individual items you can get at any establishment in East Texas. That's course three. The 5th Street location is still as good as ever. There is just a consistent quality about their food that other places in Tyler lack. Jucy's has no i in its name because i don't deserve to be spoken in the same breath as an establishment as fine as Jucy's. RIYL: Beans. Beans. Beans. Beans. Beans. Beans.

The flavors were fresh, the portions were solid, and the prices felt very reasonable for the quality. The customer service stood out as well. The staff were friendly, quick, and made the visit smooth from start to finish. The only small downside was that I had to clean my booth before sitting down, but once that was taken care of everything else was spot on. Overall, a really enjoyable lunch with great food, good value, and excellent service. I would definitely come back.

Usually, everything is consistently fresh, hot and yummy. Today was a bit of a disappointment however. Our tacos were cold, were served with no sauce (had to ask for the sauce that's supposed to come with the tacos) and just weren't great overall. I'm hoping this is a one-off and that this won't be a new trend. The bacon in my breakfast taco was soggy bits of...idk. Didn't taste like bacon. The 'crispy' potatoes were also soggy and cold. We did order a new item - the loaded nachos with fajita meat on top. They were really tasty, but there wasn't a ton of queso on them, so next time will ask for additional queso. Nachos just aren't nachos unless there's some dunkin' cheese. They were also served without any salsa or sauce. Also, the tables and the bathrooms weren't clean. Very unusual as this location is usually top notch! I'm really hoping they were just having a bad day today and will definitely be back to give them another chance!

And 2 out of the three chicken fingers looked more like chicken fat knuckles instead of make juicy long canes chicken tenders. Also the fat short ones were kind of gross. There were like tendons and stuff inside instead of just a nice chicken meat in the longer ones. If you go through drive-through and you're headed somewhere, you're not gonna be turning around to come back and switch out your drink or your food. I wouldn't do that anyway anyways on the food. I would just say to give better quality food. The service was real nice though. Cane's was my favorite but I heard Lanes was good so I tried it. But I was still a fan of Canes after that. so I came back to Canes. After today, I think I will switch back to lanes LOL

This will be the LAST time I ever go to this place. I went through the drive thru because it was only 9:45 in the morning. I was told that I needed to come in to pick up my order and that I couldn't pick it up through the drive thru. There was only one other customer in the store, so it isn't like they couldn't have just handed me my order, but I backed up and went inside. I saw this girl take some food to the people in the restaurant and then bring it back up to the counter. She asked me if I was waiting on a mobile order and I said yes. She took that food that she had taken to the table and put it in to go boxes and that is what she gave me as my to go order! I asked her if that was the same food and she said not the fries. They are fresh. I took that and threw it away! I don't think that I should feed my Grandchild food that had been taken to another customer and then passed on to me! I was extremely upset and asked who the manager was. Not that he will do anything about it, so I am just posting on here so that everyone understands that you may go and order from this place, but your food probably isn't going to be fresh. It may be a left over from someone's table or a reject to go order. This place should be closed down! I have already sent a letter to the health inspector about this and I hope he gives them a very bad grade to keep this place from staying open! I was late with my Grands lunch because I had to go somewhere else and spend more money to get her fresh food to eat! This was such a disgusting lesson to learn about one of her favorite food places...but I assure you...we will NEVER go here and in the future we will spend our money elsewhere.
