I love supporting local & small businesses. I found this seller on Facebook market and wanted to purchased from it. Ryleigh was very responsive with the texts. As a Polynesian who is rooted on the traditions (cultural appropriation & lei making), I know good from bad especially for the expensive price the basic orchid was being put out as. I told Ryleigh that I wasn't going to make it at 10am as I was held back from a family emergency but was on my way and I will be there at 10:15am. She replied that she can't wait for me & that my lei was outside. I gave her a bit of grace & did not complain. When I got the lei! I put it on my neck and immediately felt the stems of the lei. I cut the stems & politely reached out & to my surprise she had blocked me. Lei making is not a world wide thing. This is our tradition & part of our culture. If you decide to start a business & when politely being advised about it - maybe you should take it into consideration. It's not that hard to be nice & if you ever want to learn. I can't thank Ryleigh enough for creating the most breathtaking wedding flowers. We had a small, intimate ceremony with just our family, and every detail was absolute perfection. I gave her full creative freedom, and I'm so glad I did--she brought the garden setting to life in a way that exceeded all my expectations. She even thought to provide vases for our bouquets after the ceremony, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her eye for detail and passion for her work truly shines through in everything she does. I am not easily impressed, but I will never use anyone else for my flowers again. Even my photographer was impressed and wanted her contact info! Now that tells you she is the best.
