They were the local, Battle Ground WA, FTD florist. I had placed the order two days prior to the Saturday event, and they delivered - on time! The arrangement looked great, it was of the flowers depicted on FTD site, which were all my mother's favorite blooms! The red, white and blue ribbon was perfect as July 4th was my mother's birthday. And, since this was for a memorial service (usually means higher price point), this was of a great value. I'm glad that Awesome Flowers answered the call. I am comfortable in recommending them for your floral needs.

This is the $122.40 arrangement my daughter received.

Our daughter lives in Vancouver. Based on yelp reviews I called these people to send flowers for her birthday. I told them her favorite color is teal, that she likes lighthouses, and her decor style is kind of....Pacific Northwest seashore. I try to be specific because personally I can't stand those cheap glass florist vases that have to throw away. I prefer a decorative container that can be used again for some purpose. For $122.40, they sent her an arrangement that looks like it was not arranged at all! just thrust into the vase, and had nothing to do with her taste and the cheapest vase imaginable. I will say I looked at another florist called my fine flowers and noticed their website had a beautiful selection of many different types of containers, but no one answered when I called , well after 10 AM Thursday. I did notice that "awesome flowers" has a very plain website, and only pictured ordinary vases but I had hoped there was something creative they could do. Evidently not. I cannot understand the ratings.

I called Awesome flowers to order flowers to be delivered at a friends bridal shower. I pointed out an arrangement on his site that I'd like the arrangement to look like. When I got a picture from the recipient of what they actually looked like (March 9) - it was essentially just a bouquet of carnations and not at all like the arrangement I had pointed out. $120 is A LOT for a bouquet of carnations and alstroemerias. Screenshot of what I wanted and the actual bouquet received are both below. I contacted Joel that same day and he was kind to me and said he hadn't made them and agreed they didn't look good. He said he would issue me a refund in full and I was grateful. A couple of weeks passed and I noticed no refund was issued. I followed up with Joel again on his provided personal number and he said he had forgotten and would issue the refund. One week after the second follow up and still no refund. I am not sure if there is in fact no refund to be had - or if this is an accounting error. Joel has been kind to me so I am unsure of what is going on. But buyer beware. I'd be willing to upgrade this review if a refund ever gets issued. I like supporting small business but this has been quite frustrating

My boyfriend always orders me flowers from this location. They always last so long and the bouquets are always breathtaking. Here's a picture of 65 Roses that he sent to the hospital for me. Normally they dont deliver to clackamas however they went out of there way to do so. The customer service is amazing and would highly recommend this flower shop to everyone. The flowers in the picture are already 6 days old and still look better then any other flower shop I've been too.

Really ??? $150 "PREMIUM" (most expensive choice as far as size arrangement) and this is what my sister received ??? Definitely not coming back. This was a joke. Living out of state I had more faith in a local florist to deliver on their promise but this isn't it. I feel like I ordered from 1-800 flowers which is known to be a complete joke. Online purchaser beware especially of a "PREMIUM" floral set at check out BECAUSE IT WILL LOOK LIKE THIS FOR THAT MUCH MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I ordered "Woodland woodsie" to be delivered to my sister. I live in Tulsa and trusted that I'd get what I paid for. I was called day of delivery (2 days after i ordered) and told they didnt have what i ordered but they could make it nice. I should have canceled then. My sister was delivered some flowers thrown in a vase. Nothing unique or any effort made to make it look like something I ordered. So disappointed. read more

I reached out to Awesome Flowers for same day delivery to a co-worker who had a sudden loss. Awesome Flowers made the delivery within an hour and the bouquet was gorgeous. I find customer service fairly lacking today but Awesome Flowers proved that amazing businesses go out of their way to ask the right questions and meet their customer's needs. I specifically asked for a Dec. 3 delivery and received notification the birthday flowers had been delivered on Dec. 1. But when I called about it, they said it was a mistake. The flowers would be delivered on Dec. 3. I had asked for something creative and artsy for our friend, instead I got four red roses and about 10 small carnations for $139. Very disappointed in the way they run their business and their lack of customer care. Do not recommend. read more

DO NOT TRUST!!! Awesome Flowers does NOT have a floral shop at 807 Grand Blvd. in Vancouver, WA 98661 and haven't since the beginning of July 2025. They are currently using that address online but when I drove by the shop at the end of August 2025, there is NO SHOP. There is a sign on the door saying they can't take walk-in customers and another saying they are no longer accepting mail at that address. Too bad for me because I believed the owner when he said he was taking care of a sick family member and was handling all orders over the phone. They had a great reputation for years so I trusted him for a very big event, and paid up front so the flowers could be ordered. I am out a LOT of money thanks to their blatant dishonesty. read more

Timely and super friendly. That's the way I like my florist. Yes, There is that little thing called the flowers. They are really great with the stems. They have a wide variety of different selections, that meet a wide variety of taste and different price points. Perhaps the most enticing thing about them, is there easy to use website. I often wait until the last minute to order flowers. This is not a good thing on my part. However, awesome flowers makes it easy to wait till last minute. OK, I'm not condoning such behavior. I'm just stating that awesome flowers actually does their job, and does it really well. Well worth the last minute online order . . . no, no - I meant to say well planned (in advance) timely ordering. Awesome Flowers does it all. Even the last minute stuff. read more

Family memorial at a private home. I was unable to attend. I ordered flowers online requesting the most expensive level of a very pretty arrangement. I selected same day delivery. Within 30 minutes of my order I got a call from the store. Problem, the wholesaler was out of a key flower in the arrangement. A suggestion was offered to fix the problem, it sounded fair so I took it. Within 3 hours of ordering I got delivery confirmation from the store AND my sister. My sister said, "Wow! these are the prettiest flowers I have seen in many years." Enough said. Well done Awesome Flowers! read more

Unexpected death in the family of our dear friends, led my friend and I to Awesome Flowers. All I can say is I will never use another florist in Vancouver ever. Same day delivery? yep. Superior customer service? Double yep. Received a call shortly after placing the online order, letting me know the vase in the picture is not available; offering another vase that would take more flowers to fill--at no additional charge. After the flowers were delivered, I received both a text and an email alerting to confirmation of delivery. The recipients sent a picture, and were just wowed by how beautiful the flowers are. Truly fabulous bouquet, and I can not recommend enough. read more

I will start off by saying that they did an amazing job. I live in California and was looking for a local shop where my mom lives that could deliver fresh flowers. It was a leap pf faith for me choosing this shop because I have never been to this shop and all I had were website photos to go off of. They absolutely delivered and far exceeded expectations! They gave me a very personal touch in their service that made me feel like my order really mattered.I placed the order on 10/21. About 15 minutes later, they called me personally to tell me that cd they ran out of purple roses but offered me substitution options or a delivery the next day when they got fresh purple roses. So, I took the delivery option for the following day. I later found out my mom wouldn't be home until later in the day, so I called the shop to confirm delivery times. The shop agreed to make my flowers one of their last deliveries to accommodate me. Then upon delivery, the driver texted me directly to let me know the flowers had arrived. Let me tell you, the flowers look amazing and even better than the stock photos. I ordered the standard breathtaking beauty and was blown away. I now know where to shop when buying my mom flowers! Not only do they offer amazing flowers but they offer amazing service from beginning to end read more

My sister was sick and unable to join us for Thanksgiving. So I looked around online and found a couple places and every time I tried to place an order they added on astronomical service fees. So I decided to look around the area where she lives and call, instead of trying to order online. The first place, I called was awesome flowers and needless to say I didn't have to call around after that. I don't know the man's name but whoever helped me on the phone was obviously very busy, but still made me feel like I was his number one priority. He was very kind and very understanding. I was worried when I didn't get to see the flowers before ordering like I would've got to online. He told me the driver would text me when the flowers have been delivered and asked how much I wanted to spend. So I was just waiting with bated breath for a phone call from my sister to tell me she had received the flowers. She sent me a picture of the flowers and all my worries went out the window. These are the most gorgeous flowers She or I have ever seen. She was so happy! Even without knowing they still picked her favorite flowers. He didn't ask me anything about my sister, but these flowers were perfect. I can't think awesome flowers enough for their great service. They really made my sisters day and mine as well for the great customer service and service they provided. The flowers were not only the most beautiful, but the freshest flowers I've ever had delivered. I can't think awesome flowers enough. On Valentines Day, the most AMAZING flowers were delivered to my office!!! They were from my loving, wonderful, beautiful Mom and Dad. My awesome Dad called and arranged everything with Joel. Joel promised him that they would "be perfect" and he really delivered that and more! These roses were SOOO beautiful!!! They smelled heavenly! Did they spray them with rose perfume? Lol. I can't remember the last time I smelled such fragrant roses! They were opened just perfectly, and the arrangement was really well done. It even had tiny shoots of little eucalyptus leaves! Masterpiece. My parents live in Cowlitz County and really didn't know any florists down here, so it was a shot in the dark. Heck, neither do I know of many places living here really. Besides the Luepke Center... I usually rely on Trader Joe's, Fred Meyer's and the Farmer's Market for my flowers. :) I do know where I will be going the next time I need to buy/send some beautiful and lovely flowers! I noticed on the bill that there was a $10 service fee. I later found out this $10 service fee isn't for any special service it's just for being a customer so in addition to the cost of the flowers, the delivery fee, the fee for being a customer "service fee", and taxes - the flowers came to nearly $200. They looked like something you could get at a grocery store for $40. I will not be using this company again. read more

JOEL IS THE COOLEST AND HIS ARRANGEMENTS ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL I'VE EVER SEEN! He donated two huge stage pieces to our nonprofit for our annual Christmas breakfast and we got a ton compliments on our arrangements. You can tell he really cares about the community. The visual ambiance when you walk in is unique and different. It took a second for me to realize that I'm not in a cookie-cutter florist shop. Every single vase or arrangement has character which adds to the various options available. I chose a light bulb vase and they worked their magic. Hands down, the best florist shop in the Vancouver area. Worth the visit just to see what new piece of artwork they've brought in. 2/9/2018 Another gorgeous creation. Wonderful experience! I recently had to send flowers to a family member, locating a good florist out of of state was my biggest worry. Being a florist myself, I look for unique style, affordable prices, and great service and I received that at Awesome Flowers! The owner was super helpful- and friendly. Great service. I placed a same day delivery and the owner called within a couple of hours to let me know that they didn't have some flowers in the arrangement and gave me options to what I can replace it with. The flowers looked better than it did online. I got a phone call to let me know that my delivery was made. I'll be using them again in the future knowing that I can count on them to deliver beautiful arrangements from a distance. read more

I called to find out about fragrant free flowers for my aunt who is turning 92 and was given quite a few choices not many florist even carry fragrant free flowers. I received excellent customer service on the phone and in person. When I went to pick up my flowers I was extremely pleased. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and was truly fragrant free. My 92 year old aunt loved her flowers. read more

Three weeks before Valentine's Day I placed my order and was charged. One week before delivery I called to confirm and was told there was no problem. The first picture is what I ordered and paid for (over $100). The second is the mess that was delivered instead. I was very upset-I wouldn't have spent that money on what they brought. If I wanted all solid colors I wouldn't have picked what I picked. I called and called, no answer, voicemail full. Probably from other angry customers. Sent an sms message and an email. No response at all. They either delivered the wrong thing or substituted everything where it didn't resemble my order at all. The third picture is less than a week later where everything is wilting. The fourth picture is me spending less than $30 at Fred Meyer and arranging it myself for a different occasion to show how easy their job is and being still angry that they cheated me and ruined our special day. I couldn't deliver it on the 14th so I trusted them. How many people do you steal from? Are you going to finally respond now??? read more

Awesome Flowers was an awesome experience. The owner took his time and answered all the ridiculous questions I had. He showed me how to care for the plant I purchased and noted that he would replace the plant if it failed to thrive in the first few weeks. This is the way businesses should operate and why he has 5 stars. read more

Even more lovely than the flowers, if possible, was the service from the business owner. The first bouquet was delivered on Saturday afternoon were dropped off at the concierge since I was not home. The concierge sent an email notification saying there was a package at the front desk. Because they were fresh flowers, protocol dictates they should have called me and told me there were flowers waiting, and been specific in the email. I arrived home after the concierge left. The concierge is closed Sunday so I was not able to pick up the bouquet until Monday morning, 2 days later. The flowers had already begun to wither and I was a bit disappointed. After letting the concierge's manager know, I also called the flourish to suggest that when recipient isn't home and they leave flowers, with a conspcierge or at their door, to please call the recipient if they have their number. While this clearly was the fault of the concierge in my building, the owner offered to make a fresh arrangement. She delivered the bouquet, herself! All the way from Vancouver to the SW side of Portland, in all of the nightmare traffic due to road closings and repaving. WOW! Seriously, WOW! The arrangement is bright, cheerful, and a surprising and modern color combination. Very sweet and definitely cheerful, as my cousin intended. I love it! It's a great reminder that a business is way more than the products they sell or the services they provide. Customer satisfaction is a huge factor and Made Especially For You Flowers went the extra, extra mile - literally - to not only satisfy, but delight. Thank you! You've won my business!

Unlike supermarket checkouts designed to push impulse purchases, Growers Outlet has surprises in every corner. They don't sell meat, but we usually end up with multiple items that were not on our shopping list. There are a couple of times a year, when we want strawberries for canning, or a tree for Christmasing, when no place else will do. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there are many other Portlanders that have their own times of year when they simply have to come here.

This florist has amazing customer service!!! I received a birthday arrangement from my daughter this past week. She has ordered from them in the past and since she lives in New York was very particular about the florist she chose since it would be sight unseen for her. The flowers I have received in the past from this florist have been just beautiful and lasted a very long time. This time however they arrived quite lovely but by evening the flowers began to droop and I figured something might not be right. I called the shop a few days later because I just wanted them to know this was not up to their usual gorgeous standards. The owner was incredibly gracious. He apologized, explained that there might have been a change in vendors, thanked me for letting him know, and promised a new arrangement the next day (something I was not expecting)! The new arrangement was actually delivered THAT DAY and it was incredible! It is so refreshing to find a business that cares so much about customer satisfaction. I never write reviews on anything, ever. I could not miss the chance to give this business the accolades which it deserves. They will be highly recommended by me in the future read more

Perfect name for a perfect florist! We found Awesome Flowers on line when looking for a florist to provide the casket spray for my father's funeral. We are ever thankful to have found this florist. Joel is a wizard with flowers and he was able to translate to perfection what I wished the spray to look like. All flowers were of the highest quality and very fresh and fragrant. What makes Awesome flowers awesome, however, is the kindness and love with which you are greeted when you walk in the shop, Including the listening ear for story or two about my dad, and the sincere expression of sympathy for my loss. Spoke with the owner Joel on Monday looking for lemon leaves. He didn't have any in stock but said that he would pick some up for me when he went to market on Wednesday and that I could pick them up then. As promised, he had them for me. I was prepared to pay for them but he insisted that there was no charge. While there, I was simply captivated by the most gorgeous and beautiful arrangements in his showcase. Also, all of his prices were very reasonable. It was plain to see that all arrangements had been made by a very talented and creative artisan who pays attention to detail; something that's hard to find anymore. I live in California and my girlfriend lives in Vancouver, I had no idea what flower shops were good up there but I stumble upon Joel's shop. He's an awesome guy and delivers them himself, he's very professional yet still is friendly and inviting. His flower arrangements are exactly what the shop describes them as; awesome. My girlfriends mom used to be a florist herself and my lady knows her flowers. She has nothing but great things to say about them and her smile makes me glad I invested with Joel. My cousin who lives in Vancouver, Washington lost her mother and brother in the same year. She was depressed, so for a Christmas present I decided to send her flowers to cheer her up. It is always a risk to send flowers from a florest, whom one doesn't know, however, I liked the bouquets I saw at Awesome Flowers and I placed an order. I called the florest, Joel, when I learned that the flowers had not arrived as planned. We discovered that I had given the wrong street address and the flowers were delivered to the wrong address, which was my fault. A few months back I ordered for my Mother's funeral. This was a difficult thing to do, however Joel made the process easy for me and my family. We shared stories about her so he could create items that would reflect my Mother interests. She was a collector of many things, so we bought in some of her personal collectables and he happily created beautiful arrangements incorporating them. I came into the shop on my way to the hospital to visit my grandma and I wanted something really special for her, I wasn't sure if I would be able to get something last minute but the owner assured me he would help me make something in my budget that was perfect. I told him the color combo I was thinking of and he had these gorgeous orange Dahlias and Callalilies that he paired with green roses and I loved it and so did my grandma. I sent my Mom some flowers on her birthday and they accidentally delivered them the day before her birthday. I didn't mind...but the owner insisted on redelivering a second boquet again with chocolates the next day. I told him it wasn't necessary, but he wouldn't have it any other way. Also, my mom loved the flowers, as she described them to me over the phone, sounds like they were exactly as I ordered, she loved the ALL! And my Dad got some chocolates! From start to finish, my experience here was wonderful. I called to place an order for a bouquet to be delivered. Joel, the owner/operator/awesome florist, gave me exceptional service all the way through, from choosing the arrangement and pricing (which i have very little experience with) to going out of his way to make sure they were delivered the same day.
