I hardly ever post reviews but I feel this shop needs a little constructive criticism. I love…read moremasons and everything they sell. But I worked for a retail company that thought their products sold themselves for almost a decade. But I am a huge believer that great customer service is what really attracts the money. Today, my mom and I shopped here, we were the only customers in the whole store and no one helped us. At one time my mom was trying on one of the sample shoes and a red head girl asked, "those don't fit?" My mom responded, "unfortunately no." And the sales girl replied, "aw that's too bad." Do I need to say more? What a perfect opportunity for her to say, "oh well let me grab one in your size!" And that's even just the basics. There was about 4 employees in the store who could have easily made a sale from us. We looked at everything. We were ready to buy more than just the $18 sunglasses we got. But our interests soon expired since their interest in us didn't seem exist in the first place. Mason, I'm disappointed. I encourage the management to take a higher interest in the customer service of their employees. Customers need to feel not only welcomed, but wanted.

Since I'm a bit far to drive up just for a shopping spree, I emailed the company to inquire about the necklace. Liz emailed me back immediately to describe the situation: they were out of stock, but would try to see about getting the necklaces from another source for me. Not even a week later, she emailed again to let me know about new stock that had arrived, even sending pictures along. I asked her to set aside one in Teal and one in Salmon. She replied, asking me to call Cassandra at Masons' mall location, who would ship them out to me the same day so I wouldn't have to wait over the weekend. And when they arrived? They were paired with beautiful earrings that I wasn't expecting and even a personalized thank you note from Liz just for shopping with Masons. I love it! Extremely delightful people to work with and I'm so happy with both necklaces and earring sets. If I'm ever in the area, I'm definitely stopping to shop with them again!

I did a screenshot and sent them to a friend in Texas, who shares my love for cow print, just so he could admire them, too. A few minutes later, he told me that he contacted the store, purchased them for me, and they were ready for pickup... as a happy gift. Thanks, Jack! I had never been in the store before, only admired their goods online. The pandemic has kept me home for the most part, but now I had an excuse to visit their store. As I approached the front door, I noticed that they seem to be very serious about the pandemic, with sanitizer at the door, mask required signs, and encouraged social distancing. This put me more at ease. I appreciate that and wish I could give one more star for that reason. They had my pillows ready for me, but I took some time and checked out their store. That place is a plethora of unique goodies and I was quite impressed. The prices are reasonable and fair, and if I had more time, I probably would have come home with a ton of stuff. I only wish I would have made it to their store sooner, particularly before Christmas. I definitely will be returning. PS I absolutely love the pillows. They go with my decor perfectly and are great quality. Iris was a little hesitant at first (see photo) but she has since warmed up to the pillows that kind of look like her.

The prices are so reasonable! My jacket and the sweaters were under $60 each! I loved the vibe, the way the owner and Sales associate, Savannah recommended things that they both thought we would like, and appreciated the way everything was displayed - so easy to shop! I was in Fayetteville for a wedding and the dress I brought for the rehearsal dinner was too thin for the fall weather, so a friend recommended I check this place out. I didn't have a lot of time and I was skeptical because in my experience, similar boutiques rarely carry sizes and styles for curvy girls but Liz, the owner, was welcoming and extremely helpful. I enjoyed champagne while we pulled items for me to try on and after a couple of tries I found the perfect dress that I will wear a million more times. On top of that, all dresses were 25% off! They just opened about a month ago and the store is very cute, I love the decor and the layout feels very welcoming. Another impressive thing about 59th and 9th is that they have a plus size section, which I have never seen at similar style boutiques, but is much needed. As I was headed out Liz recommended I check out another new business next door that was having an open house, so not only was she helpful to me in her store, she is a good neighbor! I'm all about their tees. Their Charlie Southern and Friday + Saturday t-shirts are so soft and fun. I'm pretty sure I have at least 10 of them! The employees here are great too. I follow some of them on Instagram just to see how they style their favorite Riffraff outfits. Whenever I email/dm the store, I always get a quick and friendly response. Kynzee (who I believe is in charge of the main email for the store) is so sweet! She is very helpful with all my questions about my orders. My favorite thing about this store would have to be that it is run by a team of women. I just love that they are all about empowering one another, as well as their female customers!
