This was my first ever visit to a Daiso in the states. First impressions: -Kind of small, but big enough to get my fix in -Missing some of the top tier snacks found in Japan. Mostly stocked with things easily accessible in the US. -Lots of containers and kitchen accessories, which was the purpose of this trip. What did rub me the wrong way was the price conversion. I understand import fees, taxes, etc etc. But the charts they display all over the store are completely inaccurate to the true conversions. They are robbing us, really. 200¥ is $1.34. But Daiso here charges $3.25. Still cheap but good grief. I understand the conversions are ever-changing, but maybe a 50¢ mark up would be enough, not $2. I think I'll keep my Daiso shopping overseas, as not to ruin the charm & the thrill of cheap goods. You may as well shop online imo.

Just bought these two liners to not have any tip or any way of accessing the rest. The employees seem young and incompetent of what to do in a situation like this other than to say sorry no refunds or exchanges

I didn't know what this store was. Was driving by and decided to stop in. Similar to a Dollar Tree type of store but with products you might not normally find anywhere else but online. Prices are low and displayed in Yen.

Good selections found in Japan. They have everything from decorative items to your everyday household needs, i.e. organizers, dispensers, containers, glass cleaning supplies, oven mittens, etc. They have a snack and drink section. Overall, great to walk through and find something you may need at home.

I've been waiting for a daiso to open here in Vegas, but specifically here in the northwest of town! So happy we have one in the neighborhood now. I was told by Candace (sp?) that they opened last Saturday. So it's been about a week. There's so many cute Japanese knickknacks, yummy snacks, drinks and Sanrio stuff, etc. and the prices vary. There's signs in each area to help you determine how much an item is. Customer service is awesome. The associates are more than welcome to answer questions you may have. My first time there, a male associate (didn't get his name) helped me with the self checkout as I didn't know how to use it. :/ I've been to the store 4x since they've opened. There's a self checkout line for customers paying with debit/credit and a separate line for cash payments. They charge 20 cents for bags for your purchased items, (I thought, only Cali does that?) so I brought my own during my 3rd and 4th visit. Lol As you can see from my visits, I'd definitely recommend checking them out! :) You'll find many interesting knickknacks, but I specifically come here for the Sanrio stuff and snacks. Lol

Does not work!!!! I have to drive 6 miles just to return it!!!!!

If you're not using the app, you're missing out. I stacked a few extra deals and saved even more, which made the trip even better. I also like that there's a Sephora inside. It's not as big as a standalone Sephora, but they still carry a solid variety of popular products... enough to grab your essentials or try something new without making another stop. Customer service was great all around. Employees were friendly, helpful, and everything moved quickly at checkout. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop, which always makes a difference. Overall, a really good shopping experience with great value. Definitely a good day to shop if you're looking to save some money!

What a steal. Kyle at the Counter was really nice. Also had the self-checkouts there. Dressing room in Mens, no stool or bench in there. Grumpy woman tending to the dressing room. Just adding to our belief that if you do not like people, do not get a job in customer service. You are just spreading negativity. Sorry, just being real. The store was clean. The clearance shoes/ womens was a tight squeeze. Very very narrow. At least the area was organized. We have visited a few other times and this store has a good amount of red star clearance.

My daughter had received a $40 gift card for her birthday and was so excited to pick out a few special items. Unfortunately, when we got to the register, the gift card wouldn't work. After trying multiple registers and different solutions, it still couldn't be redeemed. My daughter was heartbroken because she thought she would have to leave without the birthday gifts she had carefully chosen. The manager saw how disappointed she was and, without hesitation, paid for every single item herself out of her own pocket and simply handed them to my daughter. We were completely speechless. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, her compassion, generosity, and genuine kindness stood out in the most beautiful way. She didn't just solve a problem, she turned what could have been a disappointing birthday memory into one we'll never forget. Please recognize her for going so far above and beyond. Employees like her are rare, and she is a true reflection of what outstanding customer service looks like. We are beyond grateful for her kindness and will always remember what she did for our family. Thank you, Rachel, if you are seeing this. We are so appreciative.

One was really girly, not my dog, at all. My dog doesn't like clothes, but I took a chance, since they were only $3.00. Also had cute tech accessories, like a Stitch air buds case. Super cute! Self-checkout was quick.
