Customer service was great all around. Employees were friendly, helpful, and everything moved quickly at checkout. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop, which always makes a difference. We had that weird feeling when you're in a store that has a different layout from the one you're used to. It took us a few minutes to get our bearings. Going to Target is basically like going to a mall - there are so many different areas. We were able to find the storage container and groceries that we needed. The store was clean, the shelves were perfect, and the aisles were wide enough for the carts. It was a really good experience and I recommend this store. No sign was posted indicating hours and oh my goodness, it is a 24-hour store. I flagged a worker down who said they closed customer service because "everyone called in sick". It was 4pm. And then, reluctantly, because I was the only one there and looked confused, she said she would help me. Don't get me wrong, I was grateful to get the return processed. And as she was helping me, three more customers lined up. My recommendation, if staff is truly that low, please give the customer an alternative--go to the register and they will process the return. Also, the self check out registers were all closed. I love the new layout and displays, but Walmart, please allow your management staff the flexibility to change a process when something like this happens.

It has a wide range of items from pet toys, home goods, kitchen supplies, Japanese snacks, drinks such as Calipcos, and much more! Throughout the store, you'll notice the price conversion from Yen to US Dollars. Everything in the store was really well organized and there was a lot of inventory! One of the aisles was mostly blocked while an employee was stocking shelves and talking with another employee. I politely said "excuse me" before passing through, and the employee immediately seemed upset and told me "what's your problem, just go around" because she was working. I responded that we were shopping, and the interaction escalated from there. What bothered me most was being called "entitled" in front of my child. The situation became uncomfortable enough that we left the store without purchasing anything, and my daughter was very disappointed. I later found out the employee involved was the store manager, named DAL which honestly made the experience even more disappointing. I understand retail can be stressful, but professionalism and basic respect toward customers should still matter.
