This is the Daiso that we often go to, and it's in Rowland Heights, located on Colima and Fairway inside of the 168 Market. This Daiso is always busy with many customers. It has everything like the other Daiso that you could think of, from crafts to holiday stuff, make-up and beauty stuff, stationaries, decor, gardening, and household stuff, etc. My older daughter likes this Daiso because it has lots of varieties, and it's organized and clean. We always buy a lot of stuff from Daiso. Most items are $1.75, but they also have some special items that cost a few dollars more. They now have one self check-out machine, so it saves us some time waiting for the cashier.

I love shopping at Daiso and this one was well stocked with a bigger variety of items than at my local Daiso. That made it quite easy to pick up some fun items at an inexpensive price. There are no self checkout areas but the cashier we had was very friendly and we had no problems at check out.

This is one of the best Daiso stores I have ever been to. They had a huge variety and selection of items, such as household, stationary, snacks, and little knickknacks. I loved the size of the store because it wasn't crowded like the other locations, I have been too! The store itself was clean, and the employees were knowledgeable. I purchased about six items and spent about $11. Such a good value. This is definitely an awesome location to visit. The parking was a little scarce. Very small parking spots but I managed.

I feel like singing a Backstreet Boys song... "You're all I ever wanted..."... Which is Japanese everything. We bought 23 bottles of Ramune, phone accessories, cute storage bags, Sanrio everything, pencils, pens, and still, my Wife had to drag me out of the store at closing time. I love ot. Locations everywhere, as well.

This is what I call the "Japanese 99 cents store" ! Most items here used to be $1.50 now it's $1.75. But some special items are marked up few dollars more. Store is very well organized and shelves are stocked up very neatly. The spacious aisle in each sections gives you enough ample space for browsing and shopping. A lot of novelty items can be purchased in here for gifts or personal use. All sales are final , no return or exchange. So you have to make sure you want to keep what you have purchased!!!!

I always enjoy Daiso and this one is just as good as all the other. The outside is interesting looking like the Wild West but inside is pretty standard. Reasonable prices and fun items to purchase.

fun shopping here yesterday bc of store radio & turned up the AC!!!! going back again in a tad 4 the plastic gloves.

Upon visiting them earlier today on Sunday, Jan/8/23, they improved!!!! Or at least this Rowland Heights branch did by providing a small section of $1 section now i happened to need some of these paper boxes for packaging my Organic/Natural Soap Bars!!!! I bought some notebooks and mechanic pencil leads too from this $1 section for new job. Already own too many mechanical pencils at home, so I didn't need those today. I also bought some other items for packaging my Soap Bars. I'll be back again now that they do offer $1 section!!!! W2G, Daiso of Rowland Heights. Took off a star for the long line, but the long line gracefully moved yet they had 3 cashiers simultaneously working! Cya next visit, Daiso of Rowland Heights, CA!

Calpico, Ramune, glass bowls

I have been to many Daiso locations, and this one is particularly spacious and clean. I love that Daiso is a great place to get household items and Japanese snacks and goods for a deal in general. So much better than going to most dollar stores. There are signs on most aisles that tell you the price conversions from Japanese Yen to U.S. dollars. Most items are $1.50, but some are $2 or $3. The cashiers here were so extra cautious, sanitizing between each customer. People were good about masks and social distancing, even while waiting in line. I picked up a variety of items, some of which included Calpico, Ramune, and cute bowls for my kitchen.

This daiso doesn't have as much supplies as the other daiso in hacienda heights. I'll rather drive a bit further to get more variety.

Probably one of the biggest dollar trees I have ever been to and it was very clean inside. My favorite aisle was the sock section ($1.50 each pair of socks) because there's such a variety of them which make great gifts! They also have so many unique things if you are a teacher (my sister bought a pointer) and great gag gifts. I can literally spend hours looking at the different socks and all the cool items here. I'd definitely come back if I were in the area! Lots of parking since it shares a plaza with neighboring shops and restaurants.

I am glad that the plaza across from the dead Puente Hills Mall has a wide variety of businesses…read moreand restaurants, but because of this and the limitation of space (and also how compact the parking lines are), the parking lot can get quite fisted, especially if you go at a very high traffic time. Outside of that, this is a decently sized, probably medium Dollar Tree. There was a shopping cart near the cashier with close to expiry date discounted snacks, which is neat. There's a decent Halloween selection, and a slowly growing Christmas section too. It's a bit disorganized and I think that largely has to do with staffing. There was ONE very sweet and kind girl working the cashier, also inflating the balloons, and then there's this lady that all she did was clear her till, remind the other worker about the balloons and then completely DIPPED. Support your coworkers lady! There was a growing line where we were at and we were helped, but this could have been disastrous on a busier day.

Again, I preface every review of any business in this plaza, that parking can get a bit fisted. Especially since the lines are drawn so compact and close together and by the abundance of shops and restaurants in this plaza, so based on the time that you go, it can get kinda spooky in that regard (definitely the Aldi construction is adding to that and will definitely drive up the number of customers to the plaza). I was welcomed immediately when I came in and the workers were very welcoming and friendly. Even though there were so many self check out stations, she went out of her way to help me scan and check everything out and bag everything for me. I actually came here to grab some Halloween goods to build Boo Buckets, but the selection (1 week before Halloween) was quite slim. I was able to get some individually packed larger candies, which was nice. I couldn't get the actual bucket so I had to drive over to the other side to Dollar Tree for that. There's starting to be way more Christmas goods at this point. I love that there isn't a huge rush for Squishmallows as there used to be in the past, so I can always find a new cute squishy friend here. There's also some more affordable anime goods, and kawaii goods (Sanrio), board games, party favors, small purchases perfect for filling up gift bags or stockings, etc. And my most favorite is the weird, uncommon junk food here. The cost of Monster energy drinks is comparable to what is at the gas station and that's a huge plus to me. Got to finally try the Java Monster and Buldak potato chips here. Overall, a solid Five Below.
