I love shopping here because they have a variety of really good products for very cheap price. I come here pretty often, am a regular. I rarely walk out of the store spending less than $50. Today however, was not a good experience. I only brought cash with me. That's all I had, no credit cards or any other plastic. I tried to buy $30+ worth of things (which is the least I have ever spent there) and paid with $100 bill. They declined my $100 bill because they cannot accept bills larger than $100. Furthermore, their main reason was they did not have a counterfeit detector. Are you serious? You're open for business and you deny cash purchases? WTF is unreal here? read more

The best Daiso in town! I've been to the one in Chino Hills and it wasn't as large as this one and it didn't have as many things. This Daiso is in a busy shopping center but the trade off is that it has a lot more cool things. I love coming here! I always find such interesting things. The average price is $1.50! read more

Favorite Daiso at another location. This Daiso is a familiar territory in a new convenient location. The store is clean and well lit with organized sectionals for easy to find merchandise. Even though the space was organized into merchandise category, the placement of the shelf I think can improve. The flow in the middle aisles are not consistent with the side and so I had walked around over and over to realize that I've been on that aisle already. Overall, if you have been to Daiso, you'll feel the same coming here. I do realize that not everything is at 1.50. There are items with 2.00, 3.00 and even 4.00 price tags. Just make sure you check price before you get surprised at the checkout. Not too big of a deal but it is double of the price you thought it was if you had not known. read more

This Daiso location is great! It's definitely larger and more well-kept than another Daiso I recently visited in Anaheim. They have some pretty nifty toys in their candy section, including a pullback car and a mini slot machine! Most of the items cost around $1.50, so obviously the quality isn't the greatest, but they're cute nonetheless! Definitely worth checking out if you're wandering around this plaza after grabbing a bite to eat or shopping at the Chinese market! read more

No returns and all sales are final! Not the biggest daiso ever but has a good selection! Theres always someone at the cash register even if there is no one in line which is good because I don't have to go looking for anyone when I want to pay. The parking lot is almost always filled and the drivers that drive around here are sort of reckless! There are a lot of restaurants in this plaza near daiso so it's safer to park further away and just walk. read more

The employees were very rude. The note on the door said as of June 1 the store would close at 6. April 1, they closed at 6. They turned away at least 20 customers that I counted. Make your signs correct and be more courteous when a customer asks you a question. read more

My favorite convenience shop in the neighborhood. They have cheap prices for everything and they sell everything from food to kitchenware to gift supplies. It's competitive to say, Big Lots or $0.99 store but I would say everything is more novelty or better quality here. It's definitely cheaper than Big Lots. This market is clean and friendly. I come here every so often whether it's for picking up kitchen sponges or cute wine gift bags. They also have make up lashes and other miscellaneous items like household slippers or underwear. Overall, they have all sorts of things for good prices so I would recommend checking this store out if you haven't. read more

Everytime I take my fam to Yogurtland, they all want to go in. We (I mean my daughters and wifey) NEVER leave without purchasing something even if we don't need it. I do admit they have some cool stuff-way better than going to the 99 cent store. My daughters love their stationary section-this place is a great go-to place for school supplies. Pencil boxes, crazy erasers all branded "cool" by my daughters because everything is Japanese. Hey works for me. I just see "inexpensive" and that's more than enough for my needs. This daiso is large, clean, and organized. I prefer this location rather than the hacienda heights one. They have really cool things, like mini art canvases, spam musubi maker, animal sun shades for the car, etc. Items are not refundable. Daiso seems to be expanding their product line and I'm loving it! They're selling a pretty large selection of Holiday products so I'm excited to do a lot of my Christmas decoration items there. Another section I really enjoy is the kitchen section. They quality for kitchen items isn't bad for the $1.50 you spend and it's usually good for apartment people like me because their items tend to be compact and don't take up a lot of space. You'll leave Daison with things that you never realized existed and needed in your life, it's pretty hard to avoid the spontaneous spending here. This store has everything from snacks to stationary to decor to mugs to cleaning supplies, and everything is so cute and aesthetic. I come here all the time for gift inspiration and I never leave Daiso empty handed. And, for such a large store with such a variety of products, it is especially impressive how organized and neat everything is kept. On top of that, everything is super cheap, but really good quality! I've gotten pencils and room decor from here that has lasted for YEARS. I would just be wary of getting lost in the haze of cute stuff and coming out with a cart full of things you didn't think you needed! read more

I love this location! They opened just recently and I am just amazed! I usually go to the Monterey park location! However this location is double the size and there is more space at this location! The place isn't as crowded and I feel they have more merchandise. Everything at this store is $1.50 unless indicated! The quality is better than the items you find at the 99 cent store! I can find more Asian novelty items I normally do not find in most American merchandise store like Target or Walmart. The best part is the price is dirt cheap that you can't go wrong. The store is well managed and organized! The staff does a good job in keeping the inventory fully stocked. I also found more unique merchandise here than other Daiso locations in SGV!! This Daiso is located in the same shopping plaza as 168 market. Plenty of parking and it's way bigger than the one in Hacienda Heights. Clean, bright, and very organized. If I could give them a 0 star, I would. Horrible service, horrible quality for the price, and unheard of store policy. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. I can deal with the no returns but no exchanges?? Even when you bought something that is BROKEN or doesn't work and you open in front of the cashier to be sure it works since you are aware of their store policy? Oh yeah, exactly even if it's broken after you paid -- it is yours or you can buy another one! Save your money and go to .99 stores, Dollar stores, Big Lot stores, any other discounts stores, you will get better service than Daiso! And the fact that their employees are super RUDE as if you really need to shop there?! This is America - not a foreign country so why would anyone bother to put up with their B.S. when you can get the same quality items at other discount stores. I enjoy shopping at Daiso Japan because there is so many useful staff of daily using. I can buy some storage bags and boxes there, and some small and cute staff for decorating my room. It makes my life more better. Also, I like to buy some interesting kitchenware here. Most of goods are pricing at $1.50, so it is cheap than other Japanese style store. One more is that Everything sales at Daiso is fianl sale, so you need to consider that you won't reture them. read more

This is a huge Daiso store compared to the ones in my hometown! The kitchen ware look very reliable. We bought some organizers for our toothbrushes and skincare products. There are also many cute jewelry and Christmas ornaments as well as a big range of household products and Japanese snacks. All of the people complaining about things being broken just need to inspect their items closely before buying it or just buy it again. Complaining about a $1.50 item, are you really that frugal? Pathetic. It's a discount item store, there are bound to be some defects. It would be more understandable if it was a product worth 20x its price. Came here on a Saturday afternoon. I usually go to the one in Hacienda Heights, but parking can be a pain if you go after 11am. This location has ample parking, even if you have to hike it a bit, at least there's plenty of parking. I'm taking one star off because although this location is larger, a lot of their shelves were empty. Like, A LOT. My daughter wanted to get some of the soft clay, but all they had were red and green. We were looking for white or grey. We'll go another time and hopefully, their shelves will be stocked. Despite the lack of merchandise, it didn't stop us from spending over $50. This daiso doesn't have as much supplies as the other daiso in hacienda heights. I'll rather drive a bit further to get more variety.

Had so much fun in this store that I spent an hour and a half browsing. Clean, neat, and exceptional prices.
