It's been made pretty clear to me that custom skirting does not care about their customers. All they want is your money. I paid my $3100 bill (Deposit first and then the remainder once the skirting was completed) only to have to fight with them to come and put my skirting on. Yet it states on their website that they'll either come to you or you come to them. But also in my mind, this is your product, you should at least make sure it fits correctly. That's called quality control and good customer service. Well a few weeks ago I pulled my skirting off and found that some of the Velcro stitching was coming apart. I immediately took pictures and forwarded them with an email to the owner, Chris who responded really quickly and said that he would have Jarred get back with me about getting me a prepaid label to ship it to them so they could get it fixed. That was on 4/21. I sent a follow up email on 4/30 and still nothing. Today it's 5/13. Still nothing. Honestly if this is how you choose to do business and treat your customers well then good luck. I will make sure the next time I get skirting for a camper I'll go with someone else and I'll make sure anyone who's in the market for a skirt does not give you their business. I will be posting this review everywhere to let others know my own personal experience. I will also find someone else to fix this so called quality skirting I purchased from their business not even 6 months ago.

First, the cost: The insurance company estimate was crazy low, and I expected to somehow get hit with a bill for overages alongside my super high deductible. Jody and the team revised the estimate to make sure every single thing was it in line and processed it though Geico with absolutely no push back. They even saved me money. Timing: a majority of my work was PDR and glass so while they had a ton of work going on from the several hail storms this summer, they fit me in within the next week. AND they met me to pick up the car, AND they stayed at the shop until 10 pm on a Saturday to wait for me when I came back late from the airport. I've used around 5 bodyshops in the past (welcome to hail season in South Dakota). I know that these guys will be the only shop I use from now on! Good people, good price, good work and great service.
