I had been calling around literally all morning trying to find either a jewelry shop or pawn shop…read morethat could cut a ring off my finger. I was super emotional as the ring is a family heirloom and I had just lost the diamond - mind you, I've had the ring on since my 18th birthday (which was almost 18 years ago ). I do not remember the guy that assisted me here but he was super nice & welcoming. Once he cut it off my finger he saw I got a little emotional & said "don't cry... when you're ready to replace the diamond just think of me and come here to get it" I ABSOLUTELY will be. He also said removing it was free of charge after the local urgent care told me I had to be seen in order to have a nurse remove it I.e. pay out of pocket for a visit which is $69 with my insurance.
