The doctor first question was "What is the minimum pay I was willing take?" 2nd question, "how many kids I had, not sure how that pertained to a job qualification and was very confused". 3rd and finally question can you find venous reflux, as I replied, "yes, along with my work experience. As I walked out of the conference room I looked around and knew immediately I was not qualified for this job as I didn't not see diversity of any kind. Strange place, strange interview.

After meeting my deductible and out of pocket cost of $3750, I returned the 2nd week in December. I had imaging,l and wore the monitor for a week but the nuclear test was denied by insurance. After having two episodes while wearing the monitor, the office offered to resubmit my claim to insurance for the nuclear test. I had a follow up appointment on the 30th to go over results which included the recorded "episodes" (palpitation, faintness and increased BP) from the monitor and results from imaging . I called the office on 11/26 to confirm my appointment time for Monday and to report that I was having the same symptoms...nothing. I called the office Monday morning and throughout the entire day...:nothing. I have left about 4 messages..nothing as if the entire office vanished. I've even tried sending a message through the patient portal. It is now 1/16 and I have not heard from anyone and the phone goes to email. I also have had another "episode". I went to ER on 1/1, they kept me for observation after explaining the situation with my cardiologist. Fortunately, imaging , which included an ultrasound and CT scan with contrast came back negative. I wore their heart monitor for 28 hours....nothing. Unfortunately for me I still do not know what is causing me to have these "episodes" and only one who could possibly tell me is Fort Bend Heart Center. Family and friends mentioned that they could be closed for the he Christmas holiday but I returned their heart monitor the day after (per office policy or will be charged) Christmas and now it's the missing January!!!!

My recent experience with this rheumatology provider was extremely disappointing, especially given…read morethe seriousness of the symptoms that brought me in. I want to be fair and acknowledge that his bedside manner and demeanor were initially great. However, the undertone of his comments became dismissive--especially after he noticed one of the medications I am taking. From that point forward, the interaction felt biased, and I did not feel taken seriously. During the appointment, it felt as though labs were ordered just to order them rather than out of genuine concern for my condition. The documentation placed in my chart afterward was also inaccurate--listing exam components that were never performed and marking certain findings as "normal" even though he verbally stated otherwise. I was told I would receive a call with my results within three business days. Instead, the communication that followed was disorganized and frustrating: * By the fourth day after my appointment, I was told the provider was not available, even though my results were already visible to me. * I then spent the entire weekend feeling sick, anxious, and without any guidance. * On the fifth business day after my appointment, I notified the nurse that I was unwell. Rather than asking about my symptoms or attempting any form of triage, I was simply told the doctor was "very busy" and would call me back. * By the sixth day after my appointment, I was informed that the provider had taken on two other patient loads and was scheduled to be out for an extended period--meaning he never reviewed my results at all. My concerns are straightforward: * Why wasn't my health taken seriously when I reported I was feeling sick? * Why tell a patient to expect a call within three business days if you know you will not be available? * Why dismiss legitimate symptoms during the appointment? * And why, after nearly a week, had the provider still not addressed my abnormal labs? Not only address them, but he hasn't even REVIEWED THEM! I am now left anxious, sick, and without direction, despite placing trust in a specialist who promised follow-up but did not provide it. This level of inconsistency and lack of urgency is unacceptable in rheumatology or any specialty care.

We made the appointment after 3 days for a follow up on 8/31. Today (8/31) I received a call 2 hours before my appointment that the doctor has a family agency and couldn't see my son until September 10!! I could not believe I have to wait another 10 days to hear about results of a heart condition. I was so appalled especially since I've been waiting already since last week. The receptionist stated that it's probably not urgent because he would have seen me right away but it's scary when you have to go into office to find out. This office has terrible way of scheduling appointments and KEEPING them!!!

I have had a few issues with this myself (heart issues) and they answered a couple of questions about my specific chest pains and made me feel much more at ease, when they could have scared me and then tried to take my money.

In Dr Reddy's office, the phlebotomist room was in the waiting room - it was sectioned off with portable walls that were open at the top. I could hear patients giving their names and personal information to the technician. So, they had no privacy. It looked like a make-shift effort to add a phlebotomist room because they didn't have another place for it. Even if I had stayed to see Dr Reddy, I would not have returned for a second appointment.
