Totally gutted down to sheet rock and floor foundation, updated and rebuilt the unit with all new expanded kitchen, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, appliances, new wood flooring throughout, all new windows, new and enlarged/enhanced bathrooms, fixtures, showers, tubs and tile. Chase, his design team, foreman and subs were awesome. First,he and his team were very helpful procuring the best materials at the best value. Next, they helped completely redesign and open up the space, moving walls and coming up with clever solutions to a somewhat tight floor plan. Chase is very hands on and was always on top of the project. Lastly, after completing the work, he was responsive and helpful (even if it wasn't his issue). No major issues or disputes or hassles, and the work quality was excellent. I have built 2 other homes and nothing was as smooth as this build/makeover. People have told us its the best looking condo in the area--both locals and guests. I hope to be building a home in the area from the ground up in the future with Chase and his excellent team.
