Diego and Callum overhauled my furnace, replaced the flue, tuned up my on-demand water heater, and…read moreinstalled my water softener system. All was done with professional results. They kept me informed of their arrival time, what was needed after an inspection and kept me informed of their progress. Overall, a very professional job.

I had smelled a skunk smell coming from my basement and had called my "former" plumber and told him…read moreabout the smell. He came out and turned off the gas to my heating system. The smell was completely gone when he arrived. His conclusion as he left was I needed to replace the heating system. When I returned I called Valverde/Bond Plumbing and spoke with Lacey and asked if they might come out and look at the system. This was on a Friday and they were booked but Lacey called me back several times that day to say they were trying to get to me. By 5pm the service Tech John Montoya was at my house. I told him about the skunk smell the week before and he thought one probably sprayed near the house and the smell came into the basement from the vents. He turned the gas back on and spent an hour checking all the gas lines, thermostat etc. and said nothing was wrong with the boiler. He turned the gas back on and installed a carbon monoxide detector I had purchased. This was a month ago and the boiler has been working perfectly so no new Heat system needed after all. Thank you Larry Mapes owner of Valverde Energy/Bond Plumbing for hiring hard working, caring and skilled people.

Mack's Drilling Co. recently drilled a well on my property. This was my first experience with the…read morecompany. They were professional and courteous. Their arrival on-site was delayed slightly from the original time frame given, but not beyond reason and as may be expected given the nature of the business. The work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time given interruptions due to inclement weather. The drill site was maintained in good condition with no unnecessary surface disturbance. Mr. Mack communicated with me regularly for the duration of the project letting me know the daily progress as well as what underground formations were being encountered and expectations for the remainder of the project. He provided knowledgeable guidance with regard whether drilling should continue or cease upon encountering water bearing strata. Though the well has not yet been fully developed with a pumping facility as of this writing, the end result of the boring project surpassed expectation with regard to expected production. I found Mack's Drilling to be flexible with regard to payment by allowing me to prepay for a portion of the work. My well proved challenging to drill in that there were few solid formations encountered so that it had to be cased as the drilling was performed. This did cause the expense to be slightly greater than was proposed initially, however the nature of the work is such that precision in quoting prices cannot be entirely achieved due to the unknowns of working underground. Mr. Mack stated that he made every effort to get as close as possible to the original quote provided. In summary, I would recommend their services and while this was my first experience with Mack's Drilling, I did receive positive reviews from other sources before selecting them for my project.

Spent Aprox $30k for a new well Water & Wes Mack refused to do a gpm flow rate instead he just wings it with feeling through his hands... their deceptive trade practices is more common than quality work performed. Had an underground water leak the day he left the job & his local employees blamed the leak as run off from the frost free exterior hydrant which was never used. Needless to say Wes Mack's Company did not react to my leak just blaming on other things. They never did a pressure gauge test to confirm the leak. A year later I had to hire a different licensed plumber (Wes Mack didn't utilize a licensed plumber on my job) & dug up the only two underground fixtures & both were leaking. My licensed plumber indicated Mack's guy tightened the nuts too tight causing the fixture to crack & leak. Wes Mack continued to make more excuses rather than simply pay my plumbers repair at $800. Wow what an unprofessional Wes Mack IS as had to get an Atty just to get reimbursed for what Wes Mack's employees did by installing faulty fixtures. Wes Mack is not ethical & does not take care of paying customers. Buyer beware as your better off using anyone else who may care more about the quality of work & their customers because Wes Mack doesn't care about anybody but his bank account.
