My husband, son and I stopped by on Monday but learned that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays...well today we found time to stop by and oh so happy we did. Ann greeted us right away. When stopping by don't let the prices at the front of the store scare you away....there is a clearance section and affordable lamps all around the store you just have to look or ask they are so happy to help you. We ended up buying two lamps. Our 16 year old son liked them too....not just lamps but pieces of art for us to some day hopefully many many years from now to pass down to our son. I have seen this store many times from the freeway and always wanted to stop by. I finally visited this store yesterday afternoon around 2pm. I came in and was browsing for at least 10 minutes. I was TOTALLY IGNORED. There were 2 ladies in the corner who were having a conversation. It sounded personal and NOT even business related. I wasn't sure if they were both salespersons, or if one was a customer. No "Hello" or "Did you have any questions?" I'm pretty sure I was the only customer in the store at the time. Now I have over 10 years of retail sales experience and I know you should at least acknowledge EVERY CUSTOMER within 30 seconds, no matter how "busy" you are. Anyways, I did like how when I passed by some of the lighting displays, they would turn on automatically because of a motion sensor unit I noticed in the corner of the ceiling. I had money in my wallet because I just cashed my paycheck and definitely wanted to buy something. After that experience, I told myself, "You know what, they don't deserve my business. I'll spend my money elsewhere..." As a low-roller I am always looking for value for my money. I needed a new base for my Tiffany lamp so I stopped here and I paid $90. They gave me the lamp base wrapped in a plastic bag so you could not see it was damaged. When I got home I noticed the lamp base had numerous chips in the paint and several chips had been covered with a felt pen in an amateurs attempt to hide some of the chips. They could have at least spray painted it. If your into paying top dollar for used, factory seconds, or second hand crap go here. The lady is super nice and I was really surprised that I got ripped off. Watch out and inspect your purchases here. You should be ashamed of yourselves for ripping off customers. I would have purchased more things from you but after this experience not a chance in hell. read more

This store is a diamond. Tremendous selection in a small space and at great prices, well below retail! I was there two months ago to buy a gift for my mom and the clerk was so helpful then. I went back today and not only did she remember me, but she remembered my story about my mom living out of state and she was coming to visit soon and I was excited to bring her there. This store is BEAUTIFUL. There is something for everyone here! Everything is marked down, and they will let you match bases and shades to fit your taste! They even tweaked the harp on the lamp for us when the shade (which was one of a kind!) didn't fit properly. Ann, the saleswoman, was very friendly and very enthusiastic. I could tell that she was more interested in sharing Dale's art than making a sale. Even if you just want to have a look at all of the lamps, you should come in. Last Saturday, I went here to get a floor lamp for my office. As always, I found the selection to be wondrous and the prices to be amazing! Sunny checked in with me briefly then gave me the freedom to just browse. Then, at the perfect moment, just when I needed her, she came to my side to ask me if I needed any help, which I did. I had narrowed my choices down to 3, and together we figured out which lamp was perfect for my office. As I paid, the man who works with Sunny (I'm sorry that I did not catch his name), checked out my lamp and got it all wrapped up. He even took it out to my car for me. We were greeted by Ann, she is the best; so sweet and down to earth. We told her we were looking for a floor lamp and gave her our budget and she took us all around the store. There were so many options for us to choose from! The lamps are all works of art, one could spend all day there and still not see everything. Most lamps are $150 and up, considering that the retail price of Tiffany lamps are around $500 to 5000, it's a steal. This place is amazing! It is probably the most beautiful store I've ever been to. It is a HUGE showroom just filled with beautiful light fixtures of all styles, mirrors, frames, and more. You are sure to find multiple pieces that fit your taste. The staff is also very knowledgeable about their inventory and can help you find exactly what you're looking for. Prices are all across the board. Some stuff is an unbelievable deal, other stuff is probably not so much of an "outlet" price. When I have gone, I have had specific pieces in mind and both times they had the pieces I wanted for far less than I could find it online. We discovered this store because we saw it every time we drove down to Disneyland from the 5. One day we popped in, and spent about 2-3 hours wandering around (and that seems to be our norm). The experience is like going to an art gallery. They have GORGEOUS lamps at a wide variety of prices, so no matter your budget, you are likely to go home with something. My husband and I always get his mom presents here, and it looks like we spend a fortune, but we actually got incredible deals! The bargains are intermixed with the super expensive pieces, so I suggest looking at EVERYTHING. I usually spend at least 2 hours every time I come because the selections are endless, they are all so beautiful. Sunny (sales gal) has helped us each time. She makes recommendations and is willing to accommodate you to help you make the right decisions. We have been nothing but 100% happy with our beautiful lamps and will continue to come here for the best selections. I spent 2 hours looking as each item is a work of art and no 2 are alike. I have never seen so many beautiful lamps in my life. The hardest is deciding which should come home with me. I bought a gorgeous Tiffany style floor lamp here today. I was cheerfully greeted at both locations (ended up at the Firestone location as their Tiffany selection was much more extensive). The sales staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. They pulled lamps from everywhere so I could mix and match bases with the Tiffany shades. My purchase was a great buy. Today my husband and I went to the Tiffany Outlet Center. If you haven't been there you must see it. It was like walking into a beautifully colored museum. We loved looking at all the skillfully crafted lamps, stained glass windows, chandeliers, and more. Truly works of art! We also liked the fact that there were no high pressure sales people.
