I've been to this shop a handful of times now, and they helped me find a vape I liked even better the first visit (swift icon), which they were unfortunately out of my 2nd visit, but then recommended oxbar, which I was not disappointed with. The next time I went they technically had the one I wanted but the shipment hadn't been opened and stocked yet, so I was going to settle on the backup they recommended and the 2 sales people were so nice they asked me if I could wait a few mins and went and opened up exactly what I wanted and started whatever they're process is, in order for me to be able to purchase my preference. All the sales people ive encountered have been super helpful, and I've sincerely appreciated their honesty in their opinions on the vapes, flavors, and what is an exact match to what I'm looking for or pretty damn close. Also appreciate that they've never tried to sell me a more expensive vape just bc they could and really try to match the product to the customer's wants not just move the most expensive off the shelf.

My dealings with them have always been fair, honest, and they carry good quality products. Unlike your usual head shop, I don't feel like I'm overpaying here even when compared to online prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's usually a couple folks working so you never wait long. I've dealt with several different staff members (and the owner/manager I think?) over the years and they always know their stuff and can give quality recommendations. However, the products are damaged by the lack of humidity control inside of the humidor. They were selling wet, sometimes even moldy, cigars that were too far gone to be smokeable. I could hardly walk around the humidor without slipping or getting my shoes wet. There were literal puddles of water inside of the room that contains some of their most expensive product...It's a shame that they let all of their cigars sit in such horrible conditions.

I feel kind of bad for her actually, this job must be a real drag and it seems she was pressed into doing this by the even more sketchy manager/owner - a lanky gentleman with sunken cheeks and empty eyes. She should really get the hell out of there - I mean, I can't imagine the pay is that great and having "Smokedale" on your resume will probably only lead to further jobs in sh!!tty tobacco shops or maybe the odd adult film store. Maybe she enjoys the employee discount or the health care plan? As I made my way to the grinders I asked her a few questions as I looked at them. She replied that she didn't know anything about them. I asked if anyone in the store knew anything about these devices and she very sharply responded "no." I then asked to look at a larger grinder on the top shelf to which she immediately responded "that one is fifty dollars" and I had to ask again if I could see it. I could tell from her tone that she doubted I could afford such a princely sum, so that felt good. She let me see it and I fumbled with it as I tried to open it until she took it back and explained how it worked. So, she does know something about these devices, after all. That's odd. I selected one of the grinders and as I was about to purchase it I asked the lanky gentlemen whether the store had an exchange policy for products that don't work. His eyes showed a hint of outrage and then he looked away and said firmly "no." I turned around and walked out without buying the grinder.
