I went in looking for a new pen for my cartridges I got that aren't standard sized. I used to be a registered cannabis patient so I wanted to see what gummies they had and Aya was so amazing! She took her time sharing her knowledge about each, showed me the best pricing she could do, and because of her, I left with 8 packages of really great products. I'll keep needing more medicinal doses but based on her service today, I'll keep going back for more!!

I was partial to the lava 2 vape sticks and pods (the juul type one not the disposable stick), and was disheartened when I couldn't get that out here. I've been to this shop a handful of times now, and they helped me find a vape I liked even better the first visit (swift icon), which they were unfortunately out of my 2nd visit, but then recommended oxbar, which I was not disappointed with. The next time I went they technically had the one I wanted but the shipment hadn't been opened and stocked yet, so I was going to settle on the backup they recommended and the 2 sales people were so nice they asked me if I could wait a few mins and went and opened up exactly what I wanted and started whatever they're process is, in order for me to be able to purchase my preference. All the sales people ive encountered have been super helpful, and I've sincerely appreciated their honesty in their opinions on the vapes, flavors, and what is an exact match to what I'm looking for or pretty damn close. Also appreciate that they've never tried to sell me a more expensive vape just bc they could and really try to match the product to the customer's wants not just move the most expensive off the shelf.

Found this place by accident while looking for Vape Pro's (which is, I suspect, the only way anyone…read moreever finds it). Nicely furnished, which is good since almost everyone inside was lounging on couches vaping. They didn't have the ability to deal in anything except cash, which I've heard from other people has been the case ever since they opened, which is not a good sign. They carry Vermillion River and Baker White, but in a limited selection of bottle sizes and nic strengths. They also have a smallish selection of batteries, mods, and tanks on display, but they don't know what anything costs. I was served by the owner, who had to call the guy who actually works there to find out what things cost. This worked out to my advantage, since I got a nice box mod for online price. The tank I bought was defective and I brought it back the next day, and instead of getting another tank I applied the price to another box mod. Balance in cash, of course, as the guy who was "working" there lay on the couch and drawled, "Got any cash?" What the hell. The second mod was missing a small accessory (a cable). I didn't feel it worth going back to try and get it fixed. The mods were authentic and work fine otherwise. I think what they're trying to do is to build a vapor lounge. They have couches (used heavily by the employee and a bunch of his friends, from what I could tell), a tea bar with a selection of teas nobody drinks, and a pretty nice if badly-lit space. It's a nice idea, but the location is so awful that NOBODY can find it, except by accident, and they don't do any appreciable publicity, so nobody tries. A lounge should have street frontage with foot traffic and a nice window where people can see the cool stuff happening inside and want to check it out. A lounge should spread the word so vapers might decide to go hang out. A lounge should have more high margin consumables (besides vapors) than teas growing old and dry in the bag. A lounge should take CREDIT CARDS. It's no wonder that more people know about and seek out Vape Pro's (ugh that apostrophe) when it's hidden inside a sex shop than have ever heard of Puma Puff, which does have nice windows -- facing the alleyway -- in the same building. Yes, they're in the same building. There are some stories about how this happened, but I will not speculate too much. I suppose it might be worth a visit if you're in the area, but I got more information and professionalism from Vape Pro's in 5 minutes than I did here in over an hour. Just check out online prices for something you're looking for before you go in, just in case you ask them, "What's that cost?" and they lowball themselves. If you want to pay cash. Because, you know, cash.
