They have maintained it mechanically better and more economically than Hunter's ever did. At the 1st 100K service point, the dealer wanted over $1000 to perform the required service. At the 100K mile point, the water pump also began to leak, Dale's the 100K service by the book and did it right for $600 including replacing the water pump and changing the transfer cases' odd blue oil. Note, I have 360K miles on this vehicle, and so far, has needed a new water pump at each 100K mile interval, it is on its 3rd pump, but, it is amazingly easy to change out, 2 hour job at most.

When he sold out, the first couple times it seemed higher, but of course I new they had to cover purchase costs, things have gone up since Covid, etc. It was called Carstarz, now Street Automotive. That being said, prices going up a bit is fair and somewhat normal. What is not normal and fair is when a business is seeming to gouge you so excessively you feel like you have a "sucker" mark on your forehead. One example was I took one of my trucks in on 06/15/2023, it needed brakes. I was told it needed brakes pads in rotors in the front at a cost of $1017.47, plus a right hub for $620.29, plus spark plug and wires for 554.03, , then a brake flush for $128.09, two wheel alignment for $266.88 and fuel service after changing plugs for $241.14, along with alignment check for $66.72 , test drive charge for $133.44 and diagnostic charge of 66.72 since ABS light was on! Total $3239.93. I declined but was charged all three test drive and diagnostic charges to get out of there! I told a friend and he said it should run about a third of the quote! So just to be sure I was being realistic and before I would review them and stop sending people to them, i took my Lexus SUV in that was making noise to see what they would say and quote. They told me it needed new hubs in the front that were very expensive, $850.00 plus labor, a total of $2530.00!. I told them thanks but I have to decline and will pick it up. When I went to pick it up they said they might be able to find the hubs cheaper and will call me with a lower quote. They texted me a new lower quote, about half of the original I turned down the day before! So I then scheduled at a garage down the road, who told me yes it needed hubs and they did it right away for under $975.00. If you are a regular customer of this garage, I would just say that you should get a second opinion on services and prices. I did, it it saved me thousands of dollars!

I was told by Daniel that my warranty only approved 1 sensor. When I called the warranty company myself, they confirmed all 3 sensors were approved. When I brought this up, the story changed several times: * First: "We replaced all 3." * Then: "Actually 4 are bad." * Then: "The tech didn't know he was supposed to do 3, so he only did 1." Every conversation with Daniel came with a different explanation, including him telling me (verbatim) that he "doesn't talk to the warranty company." That was alarming considering the amount of warranty work they were supposedly performing on my car. When I asked for clarification, Daniel quickly shut down the conversation with "I'm not here to argue with you," even though I was simply repeating the information the warranty company gave me. Then I was told I could either bring my car back or "take it somewhere else," despite them already having an active claim and already having been paid for work that wasn't actually completed. If I hadn't called the warranty company myself, I never would've known they were paid to replace 3 sensors but only replaced 1. That is not a minor mistake -- it's a major problem. Between the 3-week delay, the shifting stories, the lack of transparency, and the fact that I had to uncover the truth myself, I'm extremely disappointed in the way this shop is run. If you're getting warranty work done here, double-check everything. My experience with Daniel made it very hard to trust anything I was told.
