***BEWARE*** This is…read moremy first bad review ever, and think many reviews are petty. But after countless attempts of me reaching out with no response (7 months), I feel obligated to warn the public. On the day of install, I noticed a banging sound on my roof. One of their helpers had grabbed my large push broom and began beating the roof on the north side to onock off the snow. Eventually the broom broke, and the helper put it back where he grabbed it and fashioned it as it was put together. (Pics) When they left, they left the site a mess. They left nails scattered all over my roof and my lawn, and a paint can on my chimney. I have children and large dogs, and am still finding nails everywhere on my property after 7 months. Many of the details (outlet channels) were not discussed in details, and when I pointed out alternative locations, they wouldn't respond. Much of the work was also super sloppy. They didn't replace wood or paint areas that were clearly damaged due removing the old gutters. They simply covered everything up with the new gutters. I was fine with them returning to address all of these issues, but after 7 months of trying, they are only interested in getting your money, doing a shit job and ghosting their customers. BEWARE!!! They talk a good game with warranties and telling you about the quality of their work, but that was the opposite of my experience. AS SOON AS THEY LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY, THEY ARE GHOSTS. Apparently they do concrete work and other exterior projects. I was going to use them for many more. But after the what I saw, I wouldn't ask them to dig a hole. Do yourself a huge favor and skip this company. There are plenty of other companies that are professional, take pride in their work, and value their customers.

There were some areas of the service I would've liked improved on to give them a perfect 5/5 review but as I said, I was happy overall with their work for the season. One aspect would've been that I would've liked the long front stretch of my driveway to be cleared wider. Late into the winter season it sometimes was tight getting our small SUV down the narrow lane & once the ice sets in, you're pretty much stuck with that amount of driveway until you get enough warm days to finally melt the build up. I do understand they were probably being cautious to not plow onto any landscaped/lawn areas, but sometimes my husband & I had to go out to chip away at the piles to get just that extra couple feet for the car. I also wish the contract was more clear on what necessitates a two plow/$200 charge. We had one storm this year (12/29/22) where I was charged for the $200 double plow but multiple snowfall tracking websites including the Denver Post & Apple Weather said an average of 7.6-8.5" of snow fell in my area. My contract states "Anything under a foot will be plowed once at end of storm unless otherwise requested." Integrity was very responsive to questions regarding why I was charged double when it was under a foot of snow. Ultimately I was not satisfied with the explanation that because the piles were high and the company's plow broke it warrented the extra charge. If in a contract you specifiy a specific threshold to meet this extra charge, the company should be able to prove that threshold was met. I would've been satisfied if they'd redirected me to a snow tracker site that noted a foot of snow had fallen but they could not. I'll see where I & the company are at this year in terms of plowing. The team was very nice, timely, & saved us back breaking work when my husband & I weren't able to do so ourselves this season. I've also got some gutter work that I eventually need doing & I do have Integrity on my list as one of the possible companies to come get the job done. Not perfect but still grateful to have had them last winter.

I'm very disappointed with the workmanship from this roofing company. The issues had nothing to do…read morewith the shingles themselves -- the problem was the installation. The crew nailed the shingles far too low, which compromises the integrity of the roof and can significantly shorten its lifespan. Proper nail placement is basic roofing knowledge, so this was extremely concerning. In addition, they reused materials that should have been replaced, which raises further questions about their standards and attention to detail. We had AVI come out 3 separate times and all 3 times they kept stating the issues was NOT theirs but would not give us a straight answer on the real issues until we had to hire another roofing company to repair their work. To add insult to injury , AVI charged us each time they came out ($500). Quality installation is just as important as quality materials, and unfortunately, that standard was not met. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully inspect the work and ask detailed questions before signing off on a project. *** 3/3/26 response to AVI about my review*** We purchased our home in December, and the roof was installed in October -- just two months before we took ownership. Within three months of living in the home, the shingles began lifting and coming off. That is not normal wear and tear, and it certainly raises concerns about workmanship. Regarding not being able to find our name -- that may be because we purchased the property after the roof was installed. The work would likely be listed under the previous homeowner's name, not ours. I would encourage you to review your October installations at that address rather than searching only by our name. Both my husband and myself have spoken to your company several times and had 4 different people on separate occasions come to our home. Not once did you mention the error with nailing the roof even though pictures show this poor workmanship. It is also concerning to hear you state that you do not warranty your work after only 2 months! A roof should last years, not months. Regardless of ownership changes, a recently installed roof failing within such a short timeframe speaks for itself. We are simply sharing our experience so others are aware. We had to hire another company to correct the issues and ensure the roof was properly installed.
