They don't call back within a timely matter, Juliana is extremely rude almost as if working there is a punishment of some sort. No customer service skills at all. Never smiles when I've greeted her. Never says good morning back. Unfortunately she's the one I have to deal with when it comes to getting status updates on my car. I dropped my car off Monday at 8:45 am and today is Wednesday!! You'll need to give whatever car you get some love, You'll be paying 500 a month for a 15 year old car, but you'll have a car. if you KNOW you can manage it and get it right this time, these guys aren't too bad. Lastly, this place like many other small BHPH shops pressures customers to give a 5 star review before you close the deal. Take that into account when looking through people's reviews.
