I am a retired auto tech. I dropped my car off for an alignment. They called me a while later…read moretelling me there were bad parts and they would have to replace them before doing the alignment. They also told me I needed 4 new tires before they could do the alignment. Having checked everything before taking the car to them, I knew it didn't need any of the parts they claimed. I asked them to show me the bad parts. When I got there, the man doing the work tried to show me the bad parts using an incorrect method which made it look like the parts were bad when they were not. I took the car home, and subsequently made an appointment at the Alinement Shop, who checked the car out, found no bad parts, and aligned the car for me with no problems.

Of course, as I drove it home the next day, the shocks were bottoming out and the steering didn't feel tight. I started having a lot of play in the wheel. I called and they denied doing anything and more or less called me a liar. We have always taken the best care of that car and it still looks brand new after 9 years and 75,000 miles. We've taken four different vehicles here and their other store and have had good experiences all around. They don't over-sell anything, don't try to sell unnecessary services, indeed don't really try to sell necessary services, just apprise you of the situation and say what you should do when you decide to address that need. Their website has coupons which they honor and which are quite worthwhile, and others can be found if one looks. Prices are fair employees are respectful and knowledgeable and they get stuff done on time.

Right by the door. Its still there! Had they painted and buffed and clear coated it wouldn't be there. Took it back they took off a major area they missed but up front same scratches that had where they"Faded the paint and buffed would not still be there. Scratches that were not caused by the accident but we knew were there. THEY ARE STILL THERE ON THE FRONT PANEL BY THE DOOR! THEY NEVER removed the bumper or headlight in the front. Same in the back. They charged for it. They charged HUNDREDS to remove bumpers and lights never touched. Paint and time never used. Estimated buffing the Wheel the older lady hit. Didn't do that either. Trim they took off coming off the car. This fix should have cost half. Didn't paint or buff past the doors. Charged! Didn't remove lights or bumpers. Charged ! Didn't Buff Wheel. Charged Trim coming off. Stop ripping people off.
