Our kitchen project started in October 2023 and was completed in January 2024. From the very beginning, Rebeca was absolutely amazing. She was the first person I worked with, and she truly listened to everything I wanted and needed. She made the entire process smooth, thoughtful, and honestly enjoyable. Working with her -- and the entire Diamond Blue team -- was a pleasure. Now, I'll be very honest: this was a very expensive kitchen, more than I originally expected. We did a waterfall island, two-tone cabinetry, and used the countertop material as the backsplash for the main kitchen area -- so yes, it was an investment. But it has been worth every single penny. I waited until now to write this review because I wanted time to pass. I wanted to see if anything would go wrong, if the kitchen would hold up, or if issues would appear. Not because of a lack of trust -- just real-life concerns. And I can confidently say: this kitchen has been incredible. It functions beautifully and still looks stunning. On the rare occasion when something did happen -- a piece of wood installed on the hood came loose and fell, breaking the glass on the cooktop -- I called Diamond Blue, and they handled it immediately. No excuses, no delays. They replaced and fixed everything right away and were absolutely amazing about it. Most recently, we had an electrical issue. I emailed them, and they responded immediately. Diogo and his Farther the owners came out the next day, brought three electricians the day after, and they thoroughly addressed and fixed everything that needed attention. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through are truly exceptional. I recommend Diamond Blue to absolutely everyone I meet. Hugo, the owner came by to take measurements and within two weeks the job was complete and excellent. Last month my wife decided that the kitchen needed some updating. "Let's remove the two sinks (one sink for disposal and one sink for pots and pans etc) and install one of those large rectangular stainless steel sinks...it will look great !" I contacted Hugo and he came over to take measurements to cut the existing granite and install a 36 X 22 rectangular stainless steel sink. As before, Hugo took time in measuring for cutting the existing granite for a perfect fit. About two weeks later Hugo was back with his crew of professional installers and measured again and did the installation and WOW what a difference. We are nearing a year since the kitchen was installed and "finished" and some pieces have not been installed (under cabinet light rail and soft close mechanism for one cabinet door). Also, several doors and drawers need adjustment and/repair, which was supposed to take place when the light rail was installed. Bottom line: withhold some payment until you are completely satisfied and all work is complete. I did not. Also, we used a GC brought to the table by this company who I can not recommend. He was clueless most of time and definitely sub-par. This GC brought an electrician to the job who was nice and reasonable but left with one of the lights only working intermittently and now won't take my calls since he too was paid.

I had a lot of dried thin set spots left on the tile when he finished, and was told I wouldn't have a showroom finish when complete. Eddie did remove some of the spots 5 weeks later, but left numerous grout stains on the floor. While the installation was completed by him in 8 days, it took him 2 months to get some of the issues corrected. I had to hire a company to professionally clean the floor, as he wouldn't take the time to do the job right. He is inexperienced and doesn't have respect for your property. His cigarette butts were thrown in the yard, the AC was turned down with the doors openand I even found thin set in 2 of my kitchen drawers. I definitely would not recommend this business!
