Everyone we dealt w from the owners to the installers were a pleasure to deal with. They are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I obtained bids from 5 other companies and ARS was considerably less expensive than the others. I did not realize they dealt w cabinets as well and unfortunately had already signed a contract w another company when I stopped by the business. I highly recommend ARS. read more

I highly recommend ARS Countertops and Cabinets for kitchen and bathroom countertops as well as porcelain or stone slab walls. ARS fabricated and installed stone countertops in three bathrooms, my laundry room, and kitchen. Additionally, they installed porcelain slabs in my steam shower, tub deck, and master bathroom walls. The whole team was a pleasure to work with: personable, professional, and punctual. It was a stress-free experience, and all their work is simply gorgeous. ARS Countertops is a family business that has been in South Florida for decades. I wanted to use a company with experience and expertise as well as a good reputation and excellent reviews. Not only did ARS meet all my requirements, but they also had excellent communication skills and an unusually strong desire for customer satisfaction. I was surprised to see how much detail goes into constructing and installing complex countertops and walls. The owner, Francisco, was involved every step of the way, from the initial measurements and templating to the final inspection. I had only a couple minor concerns and each time Francisco did whatever it took to satisfy me. Additionally. I cannot say enough good things about the installers, Andres and his team. Over the course of more than 40 years of upgrading our personal homes together, my husband and I have probably worked with a couple hundred suppliers and craftspeople on various projects. Transforming an outdated kitchen with a minimal amount of downtime is no easy feat, but this organization did it beautifully - and without a lot of stress. There are always pivotal moments when a project of this scope and nature can implode. When that happens, we watch the vendors' responses carefully. One such moment was when incorrect quartz slabs were sent. That's a biggie. There was no finger-pointing - no wringing of hands - not much more than "we'll take care of it." Alex was quick, decisive, effective and easy to work with. So was his mother Cristina, his uber-talented father Francisco and their team of EMPLOYEES (not day laborers) who clearly take pride in their work. This might seem off-topic to someone shopping for this category of vendor, but we noticed that their showroom was head and shoulders above their competitors. Based on our experience, this is usually a clear indication of a company's attention to detail and a willingness to invest in the business without immediate return. We favor businesses that understand the long haul. These are the people we seek out. We cannot say enough good things about this company. Their customer service is over the top good. They are helpful, not pushy and most of all have your best interest in mind. Alex, Christina, and Francisco were top notch in communication, customer service, price and just so pleasant to deal with. They are focused on the customer's needs and treat you with respect. I had a small chip in my white quartz countertop. I was referred to ARS by a company that could not do this type of repair. When I contacted ARS, they asked me to send some pictures of the chip and gave me a price to do the repair. They did warn me that white is difficult to match but they would do their best. I had the work done today and the outcome was absolutely perfect. They showed up on time, did a fabulous repair job and cleaned up work area when they were done. read more

Stay away! Three weeks late. Installer rude, non communicative, didn't have knowledge of prior discussions with ARS salespeople. They were very nice and attentive until I paid the deposit, then all went downhill. read more
