He had them drawn up immediately, so I could envision what it would look like, we made a few changes in the final outcome is absolutely perfect. Ron was on point with keeping me informed texting back-and-forth and setting up installation. Little details were not clearly communicated to us. $30.000 should get you a better looking product, but this is embarrassing. I wish i could go back and undo this whole thing. There was a nominal $350 materials removal fee, and the rest of the job cost about $3200. From the first measuring visit to installation took about 2 weeks. The installers spent around 3 hours on site, doing a fine job of caulking every crevice and drilling the faucet ports exactly to our specification. My biggest concern was affixing the undermount sinks securely, as I've read the undermount brackets cannot support much weight. The installers solved the problem with robust and elegantly installed 2x4 braces. The sinks could support the weight of an elephant. I very much appreciate getting this installed before the holidays, and not getting screwed. Thank you.
