He apologized for the way were treated, and he immediately sent out their carpenter to modify our drawers. We have uploaded more pictures showing the modified drawers and finished work. The owner was very supportive and assured us that he places a high priority on customer service and that he will work with the staff to improve things based on our experience. We would give the owner 5+ stars, but unfortunately, the experience before he got involved was not good.
