He littlerly said he was going to Conroe to drop off the other passager. All I ask, please take me home, which was only like 5 minutes, and he said no, absolutely not. Now I ask you what is going through your mind, if someone refuses to take you home, and take you in the opposite direction of your destination... I was going to 290 and Cypress and he was driving to Conroe.. so yes that's kidnapping me and for him to drop me on side of road not giving a shit of what happens to me.. I had a stroke and major anxiety attack!and spending 8 hours in the emergency room... Littlerly could have died, almost did.. Have compassion folks.. I was told by the supervisor (dispatch) he wasn't even supposed to go to Conroe and he was fired.. gotta ask if he really wasn't supposed to be going to Conroe, where was he taking us?? Seriously!!! He threatened to call cops on me and sue me for defamation. CHECK CAMERAS FROM THE BEGINNING, I NOT LYING ABOUT ANY OF THIS . I called for driver eta before an hour before my pickup time. Dispatcher said pickup would be 1-1.5…read morehrs from the time I called (noon). I called back at 1:27 after waiting around and I hadn't received any update or call. Dispatcher then said "oh..my driver is HOURSSS away" hours??? If they were hours away then you knew they wouldn't make it to me at my scheduled time! He offered to call mtm to get me a Lyft at that point. But the damage was done as that should have could have been requested at noon when I called initially! To make it even worse the Lyft didn't go through until 45 more minutes so all in all no one was available to get me until 3pm but by that time I'd already had my own Lyft ordered but I live very far from the appointment so now I'm out of that money!!

I was driven around for another 1 and a half hours picking up other before I was finally dropped off at my home at 4:55. That's 2 hours waiting for pickup and an additional hour and a half picking up others that had also been waiting hours for pickup. Avante always overbook clients and doesn't have the drivers to transport people to their medical appointments. I do not recommend this company unless you enjoy being stranded. Thumbs down to Avante Dispatchers are extremely rude and lie as if they get more pay for the more lies they tell. Please look for a better company. Be warned!!!!
