I used the app to claim my spot in line and it notified me when to come inside. We had just enough time to grab breakfast and sit in the car to eat. Once inside, check-in was fairly easy and the nurses and staff were friendly and pleasant. After a simple X-ray and a visit with the Dr. it was confirmed that my son fractured his tibia. The nurse who wrapped his leg with a temporary splint was so courteous and careful with my son. We left with a CD of the X rays and an official report from the Dr. about the diagnosis. A few days later, a nurse called to check up on my son to see how he was managing his injury. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience at Next Level and highly recommend it to anyone. Tip: try to wait in the car and use the app if you can...lots of sick people in and out of the waiting room so you're better off minimizing the time you wait inside. Info@advancemobilitytransportation.com The transportation is well maintained and has the normal wheelchair lift installed which takes the chair and occupant into the rear of the vehicle to a secure lockdown and seatbelt position. There is room inside the vehicle for one wheelchair and four other passengers. The drivers are polite, careful with passengers and with their driving. Unlike some companies Advance will take you to your destination and wait for you to make the return ( unless of course it is a one way requirement!). They are very timely and happy to give you cell phone number for the vehicle so that you can modify arrangements if necessary or just to check on things. Dwight will provide full cost information up front on request.
