I've been to this location several times and have always had a great experience. Anything from my daughter fracturing her thumb and needing a cast to a standard sports physical. I make an appointment by either calling or going online and there's never a wait. I also appreciate that the doctor takes her time to listen to our concerns and makes sure all of our questions are answered. Being a cash pay patient I also really appreciate that pricing is clear and discussed upfront. This is my family's go-to for most doctor visits. read more

Each time I've come here my wait time has always been extensive. Even when having an appointment I have to wait. Why say walk-ins are welcome if you walk in and wait for over 3 hours to be seen? When they take care of you they do try to be nice but it seems they are trying to rush you through your appointment. My daughter wakes up at oh dark early with flu. It's Sunday morning. So we tried Next Level for the first time. Im impressed. They open at 9 am. You can book an appointment or, as our case walk in. My daughter was take.n into a room in less than 12 minutes. There was one fellow ahead of her and he had an appointment. That's a pretty fast response any day of the week not to remind you it is Sunday. The staff at the door was polite, warm and professional. My daughter's insurance was covered so she had only a $25 co-pay. Though I didn't get to go inside nor see a physician, I'm going to go and give this business five stars! My daughter is my treasure, more valuable than any chest of gold. This business is caring for the sick and injured in a convenient and responsible way. I needed to come in for a second visit (first one at the Cinco location) as my lower respiratory symptoms have worsened over last 5 days, so I called Next Level to discuss options. They told me this location has an Xray on site and they could screen for pneumonia, Flu, etc. They even told me there was a shorter wait here versus the other. I came in and was greeted promptly, then escorted back right away... Got the Flu swab, chest Xray, online check in, and vitals all done within 15 minutes. My Tech was Maria P. and she was very professional and friendly. Then Rebekah Matos, NP came in to do my physical evaluation, discuss test results and options. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and gave me some treatments in office that should expedite my healing and decrease symptoms. Very unhappy with my experience today. I walked into this clinic to get a TB chest scan because I need to for work. When I went up to the front desk there was a Hispanic lady there who was the rudest human ever. I told her I needed a chest scan for work (as I am a nurse) and she rudely said "we don't do those for fun." Ridiculous. Then an old woman who needed help walked up to the desk and the unprofessional worker threw up her pointer finger and said "give me a minute" in the rudest voice without even looking at her. I understand everyone has their bad days, but that does NOT give you the okay to treat people with disrespect ESPECIALLY when they have done nothing wrong. I hope that this review is read by management so y'all can rethink who you're putting in the desk at the front of your clinic. read more

This place is a joke. I went on Wednesday because I had excruciating sinus pressure. I show up to the clinic and the receptionist informs me I need to fill out paperwork. Ok no problem! Only this was a problem because their system wasn't working. She informs I can't be seen without the paperwork. Would have been nice to get the paperwork at home to fill out beforehand considering I had my two toddlers in tow. Both were getting antsy and I had to leave without being seen. She sat there without a care in the world and didn't even do anything to help. She was basically like not my problem. I will never come back here. She already had all of my info and insurance info from my kids being seen here in the past. The wait times were terrible then even with an appointment and only a few patients. I visited the urgent care near my house with post COVID fatigue and dehydration. They were unable to start an IV or draw labs after many attempts because of my severe dehydration. I was sent to Next Level Urgent Care Falcon Landing where they took me back right away. Diana was my tech and she was very helpful. Patrick, NP and Cynthia Amachree, NP were very knowledgeable and caring. Cynthia apparently is very good with IVs and she was able to start an IV and draw my labs with just one stick. I was given a bag of fluids and Cynthia checked on me several times during the infusion. After, she examined me and together we decided I needed an additional bag of fluids. I was there for just a couple hours but felt a million times better after the great care they provided. I felt they listened to my symptoms and I felt like I was part of the decision making process. read more

We have used Next Level multiple times and just love them especially with our kids. They're is hardly ever a wait the times we have gone. They are VERY sweet and patient with my two boys (3 years old and 6 years old.) Our most recent visit was for an injury on my 6 year old's foot. He was very anxious, but both the tech Jasmine and provider Cynthia Amachree (Nurse Practitioner) were patient with him, explained exactly what they were doing, and he even got a popsicle once he was done! Do not go here! Had a positive Covid exposure and needed tests for myself and 2 children days before Christmas. Every place was booked. My insurance company gave me this option as a free testing site (covered by my insurance) I had to go online after midnight just to book next day appointments. When we arrived they wanted me to pay $75 each test up front AND sign a waiver that I would NOT attempt to get a reimbursement from insurance. I called my carrier from the office they did not understand why they think they have the authority to preventing a member reimbursement. We went ahead with the testing because we had no other options and didn't want to ruin Christmas. They then proceeded to bill insurance $236 per person for a visit and would not provide an itemized receipt so I could get reimbursed for the Covid tests I paid up front. This place is a SCAM! Their website shows a $50 mini visit option and they charged us $936! Sad for the medical staff who was actually wonderful but not worth the excessive fees. You have every right to get reimbursed for a Covid test if you insurance covers it-especially when they are an IN Network participating provider-know your rights! read more
